Mystic Grill in Hillingdon

Not good experience.Menu not correct.You will overpay for some items and you will have to do a lot more running around than you should for ordering a takeaway.A shame because it could be better but something is definitely missing.

Today we ordered two calzone small pizzas both of them mushrooms and base was uncooked.. Taste was disgusting...Avoid this place...

We ordered the Large Vegetarian-a Pecantei pizza and were so impressed by the taste. Absolutely delicious pizza! Definitely will order again, just hope I can get my 20% discount on the next order as didn't get discount on this order. Nevertheless, the pizza is worth the money. Not doughy. You can tell it was freshly prepared. Will be ordering again very soon.

THIS IS Disgusting firstly I ordered a Margarita pizza.I let the man know I was a vegetarian and he gave me a chicken pizza!and when I went back to complain the man was picking at his toes so unhappy PLEASE DONT GO HERE !AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!

Ordered margarita pizza and Nasi Goreng from Mystic Grill last night and the prawns were uncooked- translucent and flakey and the container was thick with oil at the bottom not fresh or cooked properly. My partner has had a bad stomach since eating a couple of mouthfuls of the Nasi Goreng dish likely from the uncooked prawns. I didn’t touch it. The pizza was below average and had an odd taste the cheese used clearly isn’t good quality. Front of house staff seems to have changed? They were really rude and unbothered. We will never order from there again.

The place is beautiful and staff are super friendly and the food is delicious. I love that you get a lot of food for a price, this place is bit pricey and parking is also bit tricky to find not sure if there are any free parking near by. Beware some food may not available from the menu, anyone fan of "Vampire Diaries" would love this place.

We drove over 200 miles to visit the Mystic Grill , as this was my daughters choice for her Birthday meal. All I can say is WOW it did not disappointment. The food was delicious ( shame we couldn't eat it all, but means we get to enjoy a snack on the way home) and the service was exceptional. We will definitely be back to visit.

Today we ordered DIRECTLY via website at 16:44 and was given 60 minute ETA. Called at 17:53 to see where it was and had to push for them to admit, "We are still preparing our order and should leave in 10 minutes". At 18:16 they said the driver has left and will be with us any minute. Bizarrely, despite being just an 7 minute drive from the restaurant, the food arrived for 18:36.That's nearly TWO HOURS to deliver!To add to the frustration, the delivery was missing 4 portions of chips (£12), salad for the meals and rice for the skewers. Will give the manager Jalal a call tomorrow to talk refunds because every call to chase the missing items tonight is being ignored/unanswered.The food quality itself is not bad but, for the price, there is just no excuse for underdone chicken and soggy vege burgers. The menu just feels a little overpriced, even before you factor a 2 hour wait.Worth mentioning the last time we ordered we waited 45 minutes before checking where the delivery was and they casually told that the whole order was cancelled because they couldn't fill the gluten-free request for 1 person. No call to tell us or message; just cancelled and left to us to chase.Utterly awful delivery service, long wait times, missing items and dishonest with customers over the phone. Avoid it. We will from now on.

Wanted to like this place having driven past it many times and seeing their wood fired pizza oven through the window. Reviews online looked good; however we were rather disappointed with our tale away experience. The chicken kebab for £14 only contained 4 pieces of chicken and half a bit of flat bread (tasted good but horrendous value),and the pizza looked like it hadnt see any heat, at least nothing from a hot wood fired pizza oven. Our search for a decent take away continues, but I won't be going here again.

We started with a lovely little app that was very fresh and light. For our main courses I had lamb skewers with rice. The meat was cooked and seasoned perfectly and the rice had a lovely spice. I loved all the veg as well. My partner had a pizza that was delicious. The staff was friendly. Would return when we visit again!
