Namaste Lounge in Hillingdon

Lovely meal at Namaste Lounge. We were a large group and the service was great. Particularly Mon who had a lot to contend with but did not faulter! Thank you for a lovely meal and nice environment.

The service was one of the worst I’ve ever experienced. I wasn’t asked if I wanted any drinks for 20 minutes. Once I was finally asked I requested some tap water yet none was brought to me. I ordered the mixed grill platter for 2 and although the food was tasty there was no where near enough for the price. Most restaurants serve a side with the mixed grill platter but not this one. I left the restaurant still hungry I ended up going to a chicken shop right after!

We had an amazing experience in namaste lounge food was soooo yummy 😋 and the place was very beautiful. Love the atmosphere and the staff was really nice specially denisa, she was really looking after us and really polite to talk to ,she made us feel very comfortable and was very helpful.Thank you denisa !!💕And the security people were nice too so overall we had an amzing time there ,Definitely recommend to others!!!Thank you !!!💫💫💫💫💫

We had the most wonderful lunch experience. Lovely and attentive staff. Especially the lady who served our table, her name was Mon, was so lovely. It made all the difference. Had a gorgeous non alcoholic pinacolada. They had a beautiful chocolate dome dessert, with some hot chocolate pouring action. A Saturday well spent. Have recommended the place to friends and will definitely be back.

Visited Namaste Lounge for dinner. Ordered an array of starters and mains. The food was up to average restaurant standards in the area. There’s a lot of competition in the Harrow area. The main issue with the food is portions, “shrinkflation” seems to be reality here, and prices are consistent with other restaurants. Dishes are served in bowls which look large but have a false floor. TLDR: portions were small, mixed grill was tasty, Veg food is above average, butter chicken average. Service was attentive.

ANYBODY WITH AN ALLERGY - PLEASE READ (This could potentially save A LIFE)We came here in October last year for lunch. It was a party of 8 with children and one my guys observes a fully Vegan diet.He asks the waitress what Vegan starters there are and number are reeled off...He orders chilli garlic mushrooms which arrived and a few minutes later he notices there is a chunk of paneer in the dish. We call over the waitress to be told she'll get the manager as she knows it's a big problem.My friend is vexed at this point as there is blatant contamination! He politely speaks to the short Indian Manager with a moustache and puts his concerns to him to only be told there is NO CONTAMINATION!!!He explains for a 2nd time thinking he's misunderstood that he is a Vegan and he doesn't eat animal products to be told the same thing again. Another member of our group explained for a 3rd time to which he said again there is NO CONTAMINATION!All the manager said was that he'd take it off the bill & he had no concern whatsoever for future contaminants or taking this any further with the chefs. It was an absolute disgrace dealing with these guys!!!! This could have been easily put right with empathy and sorrow but we were just dismissed like water off a ducks back as if nothing wrong had happened. Clearly this fella didn't know the difference between Vegetarian and Veganism.Please see the picture attached.This is exactly what happens when the mangement team do not understand dietary requirements and/or the kitchen staff with lack of English and training haven't been educated in dietary requirements & in cross contamination. It looks like there is minimal food hygiene training & that the chef who prepared this meal had done his/her level 2 or 3 Food safety... Thinking it's absolutely fine to use the same utensils in dairy products and Vegan dishes.IF YOU HAVE ANY DIETARY REQUIREMENTS AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE, HAND ON HEART WITH POOR EDUCATION OF CONTAMINATION THEY WILL END UP MAKING SOMEBODY VERY ILL OR EVEN WORSE!There is Natasha's law for prepacked food (PPDS) but not for restaurants who prepare meals in-house. We will definitely be reporting these guys to food standards agency due to their lack of basic knowledge and terrible cooking practices.Absolutely disgusting establishment & the gaffer was lucky there were children within this party.

Nameste Lounge was such a wonderful experience ever about this place to the food was amazing at an excellent and extraordinary experience the staff were very attentive and made sure u had everything and you left with a smile.. we had an afternoon tea experience as it was mother's day and ordered food on top of it suchvery happy will come again a high level food never tasted anything like it was such an authentic Indian taste ...am

The food was fantastic, the location is clean and well decorated, and the drinks were good. The service seemed a but slow and less attentive than we are used to.

Opposite to Northwood tube station. Town centre location with limited car park spaces. Ample sitting spaces inside and outside, shisha lounge. Good service. Tasty food too. Will visit again in future.

We had a great time here at Namaste lounge, the food was delicious as always! This wasn’t my first time but I did come back after a very long time!!!We booked a table well in advance so there were no issues on the night and we got our table pretty quickly! The service became slightly slower once it got busier hence why our drinks took ages to come etc etc but overall we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves! I’d definitely recommend this place and I’ll be back!
