Nando's in Hillingdon

Nandos provide good comfort food. The starter and group plater is great for sharing amongst family and friends grabbing a quick meal. Will recommend.

It's Nando's, you know it's going to be delicious!While I had eaten the meat options back in 2016, upon going in recently and trying the vegan/vegetarian fare, it is remarkably tasty and comparable!The "Imposter Chicken" was amazing, added a couple strips of grilled halloumi, made for a perfect sandwich. Their grains and butternut squash side is perfect, need to learn how to make it and spice it myself.Quick service, fresh ingredients, good staff.

After waiting 20mins for table food came up in stages. Staff werent very helpful and the manager upstairs who I think was Polish couldnt have cared less. My grandaughters chicken was not cooked properly. They ran out of knives and we had to keepvasking for things. Wouldnt go back there.

Only.4 star, as I don't give any corporate 5, I like local, but that said, not bad, great staff... Give it a go

Cons:1. Virtual qeueing 25 mins. Order takes even longer. Don't come hungry.2. Sticky table. Gross.3. Wrong order. Replaced.4. One of the worst looking Nandos restaurant I have been to. So worn out. If you have claustrophobia don't bother.5. Ketchup in sachets only.6. Utensils dirty.7. Had to ask for glasses.It's not a resto anymore more like a fastfood chain where you have to get and ask for everything.Staff walking around not looking after you.I am not blaming staff.They obviously need training.Pls put someone friendly by the door.Pro:1. Food remains consistently good.Best to go to Ruislip or Ealing Broadway instead.Better service and much cleaner.

Fast service and very clean. Friendly staff and were happy to seat our large group on a walk over a busy weekday lunch hour. The shift manager and the younger staff upstairs were very helpful and polite. Just what you would expect from a well-run Nandos

I had a wonderful dining experience here today. Such excellent and attentive service from super friendly staff, who informed me of my freebie. My food arrived quickly, hot and correct. Of course, being Nando's the food was top notch. The rose wine was delicious and I ordered a pudding, which was delightful. All in all, I had a lovely time. THANK YOU UXBRIDGE NANDO'S 😊 💓

After having to wait in a virtual queue for over 1 hour on a Saturday.Finally when we were seated we had to order using the app instead of having to go up to the counter since the staff their ignored us for more than 20mins after telling us that they will come to us to take an order within 2mins.After we had placed the order, getting our starters were over 20mins and when we got our starters they forgot out peri peri nuts and our peri peri drizzle for hummus.Then we had to call someone over to bring our glasses for bottomless drinks as they did not give us any.When they managed to give our mains they did not give us any cutlery so ofcourse we had to call someone over for that also.Overall the service was very poor.The staff are really are over their heads when they have too much customers to deal with.I was really disappointed visiting nandos after really long time.

Amazing place to have lunch or dinner. You can sit in tables outdoors or indoors. Great environment and lovely staff. Take away is also great. Definitely recommend it.
