Busy very good service

Do not order from here.First my order didn't come so I called up the restaurant they had closed for the night not only that I had called prior to find out where my food was, they said it was on the way. After all that's the food did not come and they tried to say I never ordered.

Excellent food. Well seasoned, hot and tasty. Staff were very accommodating as I use a wheelchair, they brought the food out to me. Kitchen looked clean and staff looked tidy.West Drayton seems however to be becoming more expensive as a whole.

~they cut the phone lines on purpose~I had ordered some food from here that totalled £28, when the food came I had realised they had gotten the order wrong and sent us the wrong food. When I began calling, the woman on the phone said there was a mix up and our actual order was on the way. The lady then demanded us to pay for THEIR mistake and to cough extra money for the food wrongly fully delivered (which was cheaper than our food!). When asking her why this was the case she began word-vomiting and put the phone down. This restaurant CUTS THEIR PHONE LINES when they are in the wrong, so that you can’t even call in to explain anything. We sent back the order that wasn’t ours and didn’t pay the extra money because it was not our fault! Avoid this place!

Just had a delivery and there was an item missing(crispy chilli beef) so we called the shop. But only to get the woman giggling down the phone saying "What do you want us to do"!!!! Der could please re deliver this item as we're 5 minutes away. She carried on laughing saying that 3 staff members said we got this item. I swore on my kids life I didn't... Why would I call for this item unless I didn't recieve it. They was not willing to re send it. So I said is this all your willing to do she just kept repeating the same thing What can we do!!! So I said never using u again and we're writing this review and also calling Just eat to get a refund. And the other food items were mediocre!!8/4/2022.ordered from here last night at 16.50 pm, after 3 phone calls and tell us sorry. We got our food at 21.25pm. Absolutely ridiculous service! Won't be using again

Love, love, love the chilli vegetable chow mein. It’s the best. Lots of generous sized pieces of red chillies for that killer kick!

Helpful staff with quick service. I’ve ordered here lots and food is always freshly cooked to order. Reasonably priced too with large portions. If you order on just eat there will be a service charge, bag fee and order fee which adds around £1 to your order, so if you want to avoid that best phone your order through. Always very clean, even when I peek into the kitchen it seems clean and tidy despite the hustle going on.

If I could have given Zero, I would! I ordered at 5.30pm and at 8pm was still waiting! At 7pm through Just Eat I got an update of 7.25pm delivery, could get through, constantly engaged, I tried 60 times! They always turn their Just Eat machine off, clearly can't handle or don't want the business, not the first time I've been left like this! I will never use them again, awful service! Got food about 8.15pm!

Always enjoy our meal from New Wing Luck . We order through Just Eat, so we can pay by card. Easy to do so. Each person in our family has a favourite dish. Mine is sweet and sour chicken. Even when we try something new we've enjoyed the dish. Delivery was prompt, within the time scale & driver was polite as usual.

Absolutely shocking customer service. I forgot one item via ordering on Just eat 8 had called asking them to pay over phone to add this to my order and the lady very rudely said no. I then asked to pay via Just Eat as a Collection and they could put it with my order which is over 30 pounds and again she said no . Very disappointed as my family spend a lot of money with them . Would not recommend, receptionist was completely rude and hung up. Never ordering again and will take my money elsewhere in future.
