Pakora in Hillingdon

My family and I have been ordering from them for years, and never once, we have been disappointed with their food quality. We always go back to them whenever we need to fix our curry cravings. Exciting, aromatic, and bold curries. Soft and fluffy naans.

We have had decent curries from here before, but tonight our meal was inedible. My garlic king prawn and mushroom special (£13.50) was swimming in oil, bland, tasteless and the prawns still had their shells on. My husband’s butter chicken special (£8.50) was just chicken in cream - no colour or taste to it at all. We both just ate our Nan breads. Never again! Your menu has gone in the recycling where it belongs, and our curries have gone in the bin. We normally put our leftover food out for the foxes, but it was so vile that I don’t think that even they would eat it.

This place is the worst food I’ve ever had, I was told my meals would arrive between 45-50 mins and after several calls it finally arrived an hour and a half later, then to realise part of the meal was missing so I called them and the response was sorry I had to rush your order and will send out again. I ordered the lamb tikka it was stone cold and like rubber I would never use them again a waste of money.

Waited 2 hrs, no phone call to us, repeated calls to them and they said 10 mins every time. Not happy at all! Would 1) not recommend them and 2) believe them when the say 10 mins and then waited an hour!

Most impressed with everything i.e. food was well cooked, tasty, plenty of variety on the menu eg 3 or 4 unusual fish dishes.Portions huge, had enough left over for another meal & cheaper than the competition in locality.Sevice also good.Well done, please stay that way!

New customer as of one hour ago 7 pm on 7/10/20 . Very impressed with home delivery service . Staff are very polite and efficient . Food was delivered piping hot and very happy with the exceptional size portions. Highly recommend .

Superb takeaway, as good as I have ever had, large portion, serious size chicken pieces in Tikka, and potato pieces in sag aloo, onion bhajis not greasy, very tasty. Rice grains were separate, not sticky and starchy like many places. Great pricing, low free delivery threshold, and 10% off over £30.00

A good curry. Only problem was it was not very hot temperature wise. I only had a 5 minute walk home and the ambient temperature was 10 degrees centigrade during my walk. Will try it again soon.

Lack communication skills struggling to understand tikka wrapped in naan? If your dealing with customers atleast understand them smh
