Every day worse. I used to be a Papa Johns enthusiast. In the last 7 years I was able to develope a good relationship between my local Papa Johns and myself. I lived in Camden, Ealing, Haringey and Kings Cross and It was always amazing at the point to have my order sent after just seeing my number on the display. Here in Uxbridge is different. The pizzas look empty, I think the are really focused in save money instead of make customer happy, they put the same amount of toppings in a medium than an XXL. Today I was driving after long day at work without lunch, I tried to make my regular order by phone at the price I usually get. The guy asked me if I want the offer I have to stop my car and make it through the web. Well. I am already writing this review in the pizza restaurant three block down street. Never again.

Order pizza today Sunday 13 March. The delivery driver didn't deliver to the door, I had to go outside on high street opposite tesco, to collect the order from him. On top of that he was calling me to tell me to hurry up because he couldn't park anywhere. On a Sunday evening. The driver was rud, driving a grey Honda civic. So no more pizza from Papa Jones for me.

I have order with Papa Johns before. Used the Papa Johns app and ordered a large pizza, got a mediam and it was cold and not cut, (had get a knife and cut into equal pieces). I called them two times they where nit helpful at all. Shoddy custmer service. Maybe its becuase I used the app itself. Papa Johns you just lost a customer, well done.

Arrived really quickly. Food was hot and tasty. Driver really friendly. Great experience, unlike the one I had recently with the Hayes branch, which I recommend avoiding.

I called to find out if anything was halal, the man who answered the phone said the people who worked there are halal?! So is the chicken. Creepy reply! EwwI then placed an order on their website which i thought can't go wrong. Pizza and dessert was wrong.The bbq drizzle was missing and they gave a vegan icecream?When I called he guy said you didn't order dessert you ordered icecream?! OkayyyNow waiting for my replacement,which he wasn't happy to do.Shame Papa Johns has such rubbish and rude customer service, back Herbies. Only ordered here as SANTANDER was doing a cash back offer.

I had an awful experience ordering from papa johns and this is my first and last time. The food was delivered just after an hour the order was placed. Had to call the shop few times to find out where the driver is and they kept saying 5 minutes. The driver came and didn't apologise he simply said these things happen. I have ordered from many other restaurants before and never had this experience ever. I also complained that the food was going to be cold and they assured it wont be and the food came cold. I really would like my money back as I could have ordered from somewhere else.

Love pizza in general, easily my favourite thing to eat. Ordered from Papa John's for the first time and was extremely happy with the quality and the taste of the pizza. I ordered online but rang the store for an update and in a very short conversation found the staff to be unfriendly, which is a shame because it dosent take much to be polite and nice to your customers. The only but very important reason for this rating otherwise would have been 5 out of 5 stars.Please do yourselves a favour Papa John's Uxbridge and give all your staff some customer service training. Delivery guy was friendly though.

Best service I have received from a pizza takeaway. In fact, any takeaway. I spoke to Haris and his father and they helped me greatly with finding the best deal for me. Speedy delivery from the driver. Expected delivery time was 40 minutes. Arrived in less than 15 minutes:-)) As for pizza taste - No words!!! Amazing
