Pepe's in Hillingdon

Extremely bad customer service. Order 2x 1/4 chicken and asked specifically for one breast and one thigh and leg. Got sent 2 breasts pieces, called them and they would not send the correct order requested. The cans of drink were also in the same bag as the chips so they were cold on arrival. Waste of time and money as half the order was wrong and not eaten and the other half was cold. Mistakes can be made but when you don’t rectify it is when you lose customers!

I've been going pepes northwood for nearly 8 years. Went here for the first time since the change. The prices have gone up and the quality has gone down. First of all the chicken was burnt. Secondly the wings were so small it was laughable. Even the chips were worse. With a platter they only gave one garlic mayo . Never again. Will go Amigos from now on

The new measly portion of chips has ruined the experience here. The piri chips were the main reason we used to order from here.In the last order we had about 10. Its a shame, this place used to hit the spot. Have to find a new place to get a decent chicken and chips fix from.

Severely over priced. You can get better and more for a cheaper price at Chicken Land across the road. I don't know why they have higher prices than the other Pepe's. Doesn't matter if you rebranded the same as the other Pepe's if you're prices are still higher😒

great tasty chickens I order usually, but the only thing is when I been there a few times I saw the kitchen wasn't very clean. and air conditioning problem the place was smoky and foggy. the food is very good and tasty. Thank you

Absolutely shocked at the service we received today from the guy at the till. We have never had someone be so rude to his customers! I would never ever go back again...Absolutely disappointed and this was a restaurant we have always supported!

Both my friend and I got a stomach bug from this restaurant last week even though we had two completely different meals. Only one waitress was there who was not helpful at all and didn’t care about service. Other staff had no intentions to help when asked and were only interested in watching football at the back behind the till.Food was bland and not cooked properly (I had half chicken with sides)This place has gone so far downhill it should be closed down permanently. It is a shame because I used to come here regularly pre Covid when it used to be good.Sort it out!

Worst experience...Even I won't give a single star...I've been to most of the branches in London never had such an experience...Finchley one is the local to me they are excellent....I've been to Hendon, Wembley, Edgware, Milton Keynes and even Cardiff branch....but never had such an experience....I bought three full chicken with different flavours Mild, Hot and Extra Hot....but there was no difference...hardly any difference noticed...which was quite surprising and annoying at the same time....I took this to my frnd's place whom I was visiting and upon arriving they told us that this branch is not worth it ...they even go to wembley branch instead of visiting this when thinking of having pepes.Also, I asked for garlic sauce which I noticed wasn't given and was told to pay 50p for each garlic sauce. I asked if it is mentioned on menu then more than happy to pay for it and the person was unable to show me because nothing was stated there.I said I'm going to take a pic of the menu for my ref.Finally, I noticed the person stepped on a chair and then side mirror support to fix the Christmas decoration and didn't even clean the space. I was like how can someone be so unhygienic these days especially at a place where your serving food.For reference in adding a photo of the menu here as well.P.S. I did buy the sauces and paid for it and told him that I'll write a review as wellUpdate: I was truly not impressed, but your reply has made me realised that how untruthful your team is ..... because it wasn't a spam for sure n just reporting it spam was the easiest thing to do instead coming up with a response...Really feel sorry for you guys !!

we have food from this place several times over this school holiday. and today i wanted to write my review as i think good work should be appreciated. we have found that food is always fresh and yummy, also on the healthier side as they do grill chicken and little grill chicken strips for kids too. So they are not just having nuggets but real chicken. they have variety of drink options that we like. But most importantly their customer service is 10 on 10! Friendly and lovely stuff. always ready to listen and understand. kind and approachable. They always made us feel comfortable to go back there again and again. our two kids love the place too. we wish them all the very best for their future endeavours.
