Love their chicken burgers. Only thing that can be improved is the portion size of the large chips to justify the £2.75 you pay for it.

They are usually very efficient but tonight was the longest I had to wait. Saw a few customers who came in and got their order with me still waiting! If I have not prompted the one on the till, I would have waited much longer than expected cos he and his team has totally forgotten my order! With a simple cheeseburger, I have to wait 45 minutes but ti be honest it felt like an hour! He just smiled at me and didn’t even say sorry!

Another shocking food delivery from here this evening. Our food took almost two hours to arrive. After an 1.5 hour wait, we called the restaurant for an update on our delivery and the woman we dealt with was so rude and tried to hang up on us multiple times. When our food arrived it was stone cold and inedible. We would call to complain but I don’t think your staff would be very helpful. Won’t be ordering from here again.

Honestly, it was shocking, if I could give less than one star then I would.For a restaurant that used to be reliable and enjoyable, it took 90 minutes from order to delivery only to be disappointed. Qpr fans don't even have this much disappointment after 90 minutes.Every item of food was colder than Christmas in Norway.Phoned the restaurant an hour and ten minutes after order was place and was greeted by a woman who clearly hates her job.I asked "just phoning to find out where my order is?"She replied "all orders are out, you'll have it in ten minutes (her watch must be broken too)"I asked "do you know my address?"She replied "no but every order is being delivered"Before she decided to cut me off.Normally realiable but avoid ordering a takeaway.

Poor service!!! Ordered food on Deliveroo - they missed out milkshakes, chicken burger, chips and milkshake. Phoned them to make them aware of error - took them over 1.5 hours to deliver correct items. Had to phone on 5 occasions to make sure I was getting my meal. Really bad service!

Excellent food. Chicken well cooked and flavoured. Crispy and dry unlike some oily establishments. Keep up the good work. Highly recommended for those looking for a hood halal fried chicken joint

The staff have such bad attitude, I was clearly waiting to order and the young man at the till carried on topping up sauce tubs.When I asked if he could serve me he did so with the hump.The staff obviously have no interest in the success of the business. Once in a rush we've popped in for some 'fast food' and waited 15 minutes for nuggets and chips.I begrudgingly have had to come back once due to my sons friend only being able to eat halal.They use the same red bottles for chilli sauce as they do ketchup so all the red bottles have a hint of spice, the kids aren't so keen on this .

Picked food from here around 2am and I was pretty surprised that it’s opened such late.Great service and great food with reasonable prices!

Great place, service is fantastic and prices are reasonable.It can become hectic so orders can take time, so better off actually placing the order online or by calling through. The food is also Halal with a valid certificate displayed together with their hygiene rating.The quality of the chicken in my opinion is decent, texture and taste being excellent. Will definitely visit again!
