I ordered 1 Pizza online. : £8.99 I order the same and yet they charge me over £25!!! Instead of £17.98?? Rip off

Pizza was disgusting, cheese and tomato base was dripping all over the box, with pools of oil sitting on every slice, looked like it had been put together by Freddie Krueger

Ordered pizzas 4 hours ago. Have collectively tried calling over 50 times. They've answered twice, the last time over an hour ago, and both times was told the pizzas would be with us soon. Store is supposedly closing now for the night, and yet we still don't have our pizzas. But hey, they got their money, right???

Placed an order for collection and had to stand in the shop for almost 15 minutes while waiting for someone to actually come to the desk. I called out a few times, getting louder each time, saw people walking past and could hear them chatting the whole time but was completely ignored every time.I could see that my food was ready (the only order waiting to be collected) but it took me losing my temper and literally shouting angrily before someone finally came to serve me, by his attitude it seems I had inconvenienced him.No apology when I said how long I had been waiting either and I’ve got home and had only one slice of pizza before having to put all the food in the oven as it’s basically cold now. Order from the other pizza hut near the station, or from somewhere else all together, I definitely won’t be ordering from here again.

It was my son's birthday so we ordered pizzas.. The order was slightly wrong so i phoned up and explained. The staff were understandably very busy but were so nice and polite and rectified it immediately..I spoke to a lovely lad whos name i think was Victhu or Vithu, i couldn't hear him very well but he was lovely.Thank you to all the staff at Pizza Hut delivery, Uxbridge!

If we were able to give a zero star rating i would. I understand the current situation but after waiting over an hour and a half for our pizza despite an email stating it would be an hour, we repeatedly called for an update.Finally someone answered and to say he was rude is an understatement. No appoliogy just it will be another hour and a half. Despite still trying to speak with him he put the phone down. Our order was over £40 and the service is a joke, over four hours for a pizza disgusting

After checking the order with the pizza hut chap he confirmed the order when I took it home the non cheese pizza had cheese. Then he gave me attitude on the phone. Really bad service. Do not use.

Ordered at 21:29 ,rang at 22:30 to see where the order was and no answer.At 22:50 got a chinese instead then the guy rang me looking for the address. How do pizza hut allow certain franchises to ruin their name? Stopped ordering months ago from here and now i know why.

Pizza Hut Delivery Uxbridge does a disservice to the Pizza Hut brand. The fact that this outlet is even on the Pizza Hut website and app is an insult to customers and pizza.The pizza is almost always a greasy, disgusting mess. Doughy and lukewarm. Tastes like plastic food. The sort of fake food they put in shop windows in North Korea. It's honestly vile, and Pizza Hut need to take a serious look at some of these franchises because it's just not on. Once in a while they deliver pizza that actually tastes alright. Majority of the time it's garbage. You're literally paying £15 to play pizza lottery with a 95% chance of getting an inedible mess or, worse, food poisoning.The delivery drivers are gormless idiots too (please do take offence). I always put in the delivery instructions I'm in the flat above Wenzels, and yet I always get a call in broken English asking me to come and meet the driver, only to find he's literally parked OUTSIDE the Wenzels. W. T. F. Is this supposed to be customer service?Given up with it now. The off chance the pizza might be edible isn't worth the wasted money.
