Is this the best fried chicken America has to offer us? After all the hype on social media about your chicken? This? Surely not, I feel sorry for you guys honestly. This food was absolutely disgusting. If it's possible for food to die again after it has been cooked then that's what happened here, this chicken was hit with death twice. Dry, factory flavoured yet flavourless somehow, overcooked, looked like it had been fried 15 times yet cold even after ordering it and waiting on that "fresh batch" type of waiting time. The biscoff drink was the only thing that was nice but since you was already in minus points it doesn't save you from me telling anyone who is thinking of visiting your "food" place to STAY AWAY AT ALL COST. Save your money and save your time. I definitely do not recommend. Not once, not ever.

Located on the ground floor food court in Westfield, I visited for lunch on a Sunday. The food court was extremely busy. You can either join the queue or scan the QR code and order from your phone - which is what I did as it is a struggle to find a seat. Once order placed it was ready very quickly!! I had the Dulux spicy chicken sandwich meal which was delicious, the chicken tastes very good and the spicys are not too spicy. Loads of sauce in the burger, cheese. The bun is a little sweet. Chips are spice covered and very nice. I also tried the biscuit which looks like a deep fried scone, it tastes oily and crumbly in texture - I dipped it in the gravy which was ok. I wouldn't get the gravy or biscuit again. The chicken burger is really great, I would order it again and I would prob get the chicken tenders as it's prob the same great tasting chicken!

It is well known chicken dine in and takeout brand that is good establishment to buy your food. The food is tasty , juice , hot , delicious , well portioned , good quality , fresh and mouthwatering food that will make you want more of it. Staff are well prepared , attentive , professional , friendly , well mannered , respectful , efficient , sociable and responsive that makes them look good in there without any problems. The price is little bit overpriced but worth it because you are paying for quality for over quantity. The store is with other stand like Chopstix , North fish , Subway and McDonald which why they share dining room. I was smiling when are the food because they were best chicken food that I had in chicken industry , if you don’t go there try chicken you will regret it until you go to try there even if it is once because you will smile. My sandwich delux meal £9.10 which little bit overpriced.

A great place to buy fried chicken. Great options, a nice selection of wings, sandwiches and friend chicken. The spicy chicken sandwich had a nice slow burn, the fries had a good seasoning to it. The biscuit was soft, crumbling and buttery taste. Chicken pieces were cooked to perfection, a lovely tasting crunchy exterior and soft well cook chicken.A great experience and much better than KFC. It's a shame they don't deliver and you ha e to be very patient with the ques, as you can wait a very long time to get your food.

Heard a lot of great things about this place, I've been wanting to go for a while but theyve had over 30min queues for over a month since they opened...each time I visited the lines were way too long to wait...finally I had my chance and went to order several items.First of all the spicy chicken burger is nice...also compared it to the non spicy version which was very bland... with this the spice definitely brings out the flavours and you're missing out if you opt for the other one. The cheese they use lacks flavour compared to other cheesy burgers I've had.The hot wings are great in flavour but the batter is a bit thin for my preference, I've had better. The fries look great with the seasoning and a bit of skin on and the taste is good (not amazing or anything but just about good).I did the mistake of adding a biscuit for dessert...these aren't desserts...instead you get a bland tasteless cracker/scone with nothing to put on?...I got this based on recommendations online... I'm confused with what this goes with! Am I supposed to dip this in gravy or something which I didn't order? I think they should've made this clearer for the non American folks...as its sold individually rather than as part of a set of items... it was a disappointing discovery at the end of the meal.Overall they really handled the spicy flavours well but I'm not too fond of the other aspects described above...glad to have seen what the hype was about but I'm not impressed enough to pay that much for another visit unless I'm already in the area, the queue is short and I'm bored of the abundance of other options available around this place.

Well we finally did it. Been meaning to go here for some Louisiana chicken since they opened their very first outlet in the UK not so long ago @westfieldstratfordcityWe've been putting it off due to the reports of very long ques which meant that people were waiting for over an hour to get their orders in. However when we visited today, on Valentines Day, the ques were not as bad. We got our meal in 15 minutes. Was it worth the wait and are they a threat to the @kfc_uki brand on our shores? Well in our opinion.... heck NO! What on earth is this madness with people waiting hours on end for this chicken? We're not big fans of KFC but in all honesty it's like comparing a Ford Fiesta with a Tesla Model 3. Like really! In short, flavourless, bland, dry, some pieces chewy and we ordered spicy, I've had milk that spicer and milk isn't spicy! Enough said. As for the biscuits (scones, get it right USA) awful. Like flavourless scones, with a bit of salt. Gravy? Please, more like mud water thats been thickened. 🤮The deluxe chicken sandwich that broke the Internet or something or like that. What are you on? I've had better chicken burgers from in back street "don't care" burger joints in East London. The power of marketing at its best with @popeyesuk Nope, don't do it! Save your hard earned money, much better options out there.

What I heard about this place it is exactly the oppose. The chicken we had was more like a chik in terms of size.It was drenched in oil with each bite I could feel the extra oil driping down. The batter is thin and blend even if you choose spicy. The fries were hopeless so was the scone they give in the name of biscuit. The chicken gravy was not good either. It was just an average chicken.I do not recommend but great service the manager was helpful and friendly.

Be ready to wait inline to order.. we were quite lucky and the initial wait was only 15min, staff were very friendly and helpful. They are super-busy which means that the food is always fresh! We had the deluxe chicken sandwich, chicken pieces, and the biscuits.. the food was on point and reasonably priced. Will definitely go there again.PS: avoid at lunch time to minimise waiting.

I was so excited to try Popeyes for the first time and expected it to be amazing, especially considering I had to wait 30 minutes to get my food.Once I got home I realised that there were only two burgers even though I had ordered three. Also, I ordered biscuits with gravy but didn’t get any gravy at all.To top it all off, when my 15 year old sister took a bite of her burger she screamed. I asked her what’s wrong and she told me that she thinks she bit into a bone. I took a closer look and found that the so-called DELUXE chicken sandwich fillet was actually made up of 2 chicken wings with the bones still inside. This is a HUGE health and safety concern that could have resulted in a chipped tooth, choking and/or cutting the inside of my sisters mouth.I am so disappointed to see that this is the level of quality and care that Popeyes, one of the most popular fast food chains in America, has when serving food.If my sister was badly injured by this experience, Popeyes would be receiving much more than just a negative Google review right now. I expect to hear from Popeyes asap to see how we can resolve this issue.I have attached pictures and have recorded videos of everything for evidence. All can be provided upon request

Waited 30-35 mins to get the food. Unfortunately the hype and rush is for nothing. The spicy chicken was just okay. Extra salty and a bit oily. I have had much better fried chicken from other chains and restaurants.
