It is a second Pret, where I didnt recieve my latte,as did not have time to wait any longer...Staff must warn, that you should wait like 10 minutes or more for your order, otherwise its just a time wasters!

The staff don't really seem to have it together. Every time I've visited I've seen drinks they've forgotten to make. The leadership team seem to try their hardest to distance themselves from communicating with customers, so good luck resolving any problems.I know customer service can be tough, but the culture here seems to assume every customer is a problem which leads to mistakes and noticeably unhappy staff.

Oat mocha and popcorn hot chocolate are my go to

Drinks are pretty fast and you’re never in the queue for too long! Really clean and some sofa chairs have sockets below if you need to charge something.

It's always a pleasure to come to this Pret before or after some rough studying days. Many seats too choose from, fast service. I specially appreciate the warm welcoming I always get when entering, the whole team without exception is in a constant good mood, smiling at every customer and working very well together. The baristas are very effective in rush time as well. All in all, a very good customer experience, without taking into account that all their products are fresh and exquise.Greetings to you all ;)

*6th August 2019* The lady manager on duty was superb. She even spent time to look which products were vegan. The place is so beautiful 🤗
