Worst customer service ever received at a Pret.The counter staff was rude, especially the so called barista, after waiting for 10mins for a classic frappe, reminded the guy called shaf... Who responded with a very abrupt and rude reply. Not suitable here.Wouldn't be visiting again anytime soon.Zero or negative starts if had the option.

Good Pret same as any of their chains. The service is pretty fast. There is another floor upstairs with tables and chairs that can be good for work.When I was there the WiFi was not working.

Yep, a solid 4 stars, this is a max any chain gets, that said, it's fine, friendly, clean and has a nice upstairs area that can get a bit crowded with one coffee all day brigade....

The staff don't really seem to have it together. Every time I've visited I've seen drinks they've forgotten to make. The leadership team seem to try their hardest to distance themselves from communicating with customers, so good luck resolving any problems.I know customer service can be tough, but the culture here seems to assume every customer is a problem which leads to mistakes and noticeably unhappy staff.

Excellent service. Nice layout. Upstairs quite enjoyable. Pic shows view from upstairs. Great WiFi. Clean Toilets.. Friendly, efficient staff.

I like this place , the top floor seating area has a nice view. It's good for studying or working. The mocha is Amazing.

*6th August 2019*The lady manager on duty was superb. She even spent time to look which products were vegan. The place is so beautiful 🤗
