Sofitel London Heathrow Hotel in Hillingdon

Perfect place for an overnight airport stay, very helpful reception staff HOWEVER......bring yournown pillow & don't expect to grab a quick drink in the Sphere bar/lounge. Absolutely shocking service in a bar that was not busy. They had no shortage of staff on duty but not one of them seemed to know what they were doing 🤷🏼‍♀️No eye contact when standing at an empty bar, very poor.

Brilliant staff, absolutely faultless, friendly and excellent service. Our room was clean and spacious as we had a junior suite. It was a bit tired though with the sofa bed ripped in the back which was unsightly and one of our beds was really uncomfortable. The mattress topper and bedding was ill fitting. For the price tag the beds need attention. Otherwise a lovely stay.

One of the most comfortable beds I've ever encountered in a hotel (far more than I care to remember) and rest of room also excellent.Club happy hour a significant bonus for those rooms giving access to it.Sky High Pricing (rooms and restaurants) clearly based on its location within the airport's T5 !!!

Stayed 1 night in the hotel. I am so grateful that I choose to stay 1 night here. Top services from reception till dining for breakfast. The staff In The club house is so good and friendly. We had full attention and service to make us very great for having breakfast there.

We stay at the Sofitel LHR, every time we fly from terminal 5, as it is the only 'attached' hotel. It is probably the most expensive around the airport, but is definitely worth it, especially if you want a bit of luxury before a well earned holiday. Having now sampled a variety of rooms, rest assured, they are all great. Food and drinks can be a bit pricey - but again, it is worth it. The only downside is that many of the rooms are inward facing, so don't have an external view, but unless you are a plane spotter, this really doesn't matter (as you typically arrive late anyway and this is just an airport).We had a very minor issue with our room the last time we stayed, so this time got a free upgrade to a junior suite, which was hugely appreciated..

Stayed here night before flight - really nice hotel, felt very luxurious. Upgraded room upon arrival and staff were super friendly. Food available until midnight (via room service) although standard of food was just ok and very expensive. Overall definitely recommend as so convenient to Heathrow!

Really nice comfortable room, kept clean almost on a daily basis. Love the room service but the restaurant is more fun, a chance to dress up for the ladies elegant set up. Highly recommend booking via Accor for members rates. Express check out is great too. I will definitely stay again when I am in the UK. I am looking forward to the next few months.

This is a great hotel, super convenient for onward travel from Heathrow.The rooms are spacious by London standards, very well furnished and the beds and pillows are super comfy.The restaurant is brilliant with great food and one of the best hotel breakfast buffets I've had.There's a tea lounge and I've sampled some excellent tea today. The waiters have all been great, knowledgeable and happy people.I'll be back!

I've stayed here a fair few times and I've never been disappointed. The staff are very friendly and will look after you well. The food in the restaurant as well as room service is amazing and the rooms are very clean and have a lot of space. Very convenient if you have a flight as its walking distance to T5

One night stay before a flight. Lovely hotel. Very quite.And right adjacent to Terminal 5. Upgraded to superior room. Very nice. Great bathroom. Food and drinks bit pricey because of location. But early evening bar menu in Sphere better value. Recommend the sharing platters.
