Service us awful.Staff talk amongst themselves when there is a queue and the sefind till isnt ipened until there are about 6 people waiting.Just ridiculous!Drauns energy, go to tthe Cista around the corner

Asked for an extra hot drink... Got it mild!! Even though I said it few times while ordering it ,. And wasn't even that great. Baristas more interested in chatting than actually serving 😔

We had a mission to go shopping for my mother whom requested to get some stuff for her.. we parked in the carpark on the shopping centre and was going to do the shopping in the precinct but stumbled across this Starbucks and decided it was coffee o clock before the big search began. Withered was a bit of que to get in however. We were served and saw a variety of lovely looking cakes and cold drinks. My sister got coconut water and I got a chai latte with oat milk. Delicious and served with smile. Great customer service and prompt too

Slow, didn't take orders correctly, rude staff.Ordered to eat in, everything given to take away and handled poorly.Update, finished the food, it was sub standard and our paper takeaway bags for our paninis and mac and cheese were placed on a soaking tray.

Popped in here to grab a quick cappuccino yesterday and was a lovely experience.Friendly staff, clean seating area with easy access from uxbridge tube station. What more can you ask for! ☕️

Ordered coffee once through the app and waited inside for my name to be called. After 15 minutes (it was busy day and I had a lot of time) asked the barista where my coffee is and got the answer that "app orders are not called and are left on the table next to the second exit". Cool, would be great to know it in advance, no big deal.Went there today, ordered coffee through app again and were waiting outside, next to exit and the "APP ORDERS" table while on the phone. From where I was I could see the bar where they prepare coffee. And I saw the same barista calling a name and leaving the cup on the usual collection place. Finished my call, went inside because I had a feeling that the cup was my coffee and I was right. It was. When I asked the barista about "APP ORDERS" table (note is the same person from my previous visit) he said they don't use it, they call app orders by name as counter orders.Sincerely not a big deal, but it would be nice if they made their mind and use the same method all the times because I'm sure the next time it will be different. Annoying tho.

If you have a pushchair you’re limited to one comfy spot on the ground floor which is almost always taken. All the other spots are upstairs but no lift. Other than that it’s like any other Starbucks.

Lovely staff! Nothing was too much trouble. Muffin, Flat white and the Cheese and Ham toastie were absolutely delicious but the fruit toast was a little hard.... but that is just my opinion. Will definitely visit again!
