Steak & Lobster - Heathrow in Hillingdon

Giving 5 stars for the service. Zaynab was kind enough to update us as we had last minute changes to our original booking. She accommodated. Asked us how everything was including our waiter. Not happy that the chips and salad are not unlimited. This needs to change.

What a disappointment, fast food service at restaurant prices. From start to finish in 35 mins. No asked how I would like me steak. Partner had the fettuccine lobster pasta, I got served more lobster than partner on a surf and turf roll dish, how? Asked to have service charge remove. Nobody even asked what could have been done better. Been here before and know it can deliver 5* service, clearly they did not care this time.

Lobster was over cooked and when we told the waiter they simply said that’s how it comes. Very limited menu. Manager was unhelpful in the matter. Over priced food for what we received.

Book it online. Got to the restaurant was seated on a table. Table was dirty. While other tables about. Another waitress come over and cleaned the table and apologised for it not being clean prior and told us her colleague should not of sat us here.Anyway, food was OK. No effort for presentation. Abit like going to a pub lunch.Then open table email me stating the restaurant said you didn't turn up and could charge my card. Had to waste time emailing back proving we went. Then hour later they replied all OK.

We had breakfast here prior to our flight and couldn’t have been made to feel anymore welcome by the staff. Anna, our host made sure that we were relaxed especially with our fussy and over tired 12 month baby. All the waiters were super friendly, especially Sonia (believe this was her name) who couldn’t have been more accommodating to our needs. There was a brilliant selection of food and drink, all displayed as beautifully as they tasted. Definitely set the holiday off to a brilliant start. Thank you!

Bar service was very good! Atmosphere was nice and the bartender on duty at the time, Lee, was skilled and made drinks really well. Will definitely consider the location when in the area again.

First class service. Starters were sooo nice we ordered more. The steak was perfect. Our waiter was awsome. If it wasnt for the government chucking everyone out by 10 it would be better for the staff. Would definately recommend again. Lobster was awsome to.

It was very good, food was nice but i was a bit disappointed if im being honest

We arrived for Sunday lunch. We had a reservation so there was no wait. It was very quiet when we arrived around 2 pm. Overall food was good. The service was ok. Cocktails took a while to come but other than that it was a good experience. However, the salad dressing MUST be reduced! It's so sour that it over powers the whole dish. We were a party of 6 and each person had salad and it was all drenched in the terrible dressing!. Please kindly consider serving the dressing on the side or drastically reducing the amount of dressing used. It is a terrible waste/offence to pay for great seafood and meat only to be paired with the awful salad. The whole meal was ruined with the salad.

A very decent night out, and highly recommended. The restaurant is very trendy, and the staff are super friendly.It's busy, which speaks to the popularity of the place, but the staff are still able to get your order to you in good time. The fact that it's so busy is great, as it gives it a very lively vibe.The only thing that was a downside was the lobster portion. We ordered the surf & turf, and while the steak was plentiful, the lobster was seriously lacking. There was barely 3-4 bites of lobster and it was gone, while on my partner's plate, she had barely 2 bites. At £38 a plate, we expected more.
