Subway Yiewsley in Hillingdon

If no stars were available I would not enter any but I ordered a foot long 20mins ago. Italian bread chicken tikka and southwest chipotle. Came home and the bread was so tough it was inedible ands sauce was sweet chilli. Tasted nasty I was the only person there and the server was chatting with another person there. I will not come here or order from here again.

Very bad service with uncaring non attentive staff, cross contaminating food. Unhygenic surfaces where old food was wiped with a small bit of tissue smearing old sauce on the worktop then new food being prepared on that same worktop! Requested cheese salad, very small few sprinkles of cheese given, asked again, told you pay for more, said thats ok, no cheese displayed went and did the motion of putting more cheese on still did not! Very abrupt, rude woman! No time to be polite and did not care to give us good service at all! Keep walking do not use this Subway!

No queue. Fresh food. Mask worn by staff. Good service and most of all they had gluten free bread in stock😃

Guy in store is useless can never remember what ur ordered and he cant even cut a bit a bread properly. I do not recommend this place just keep driving

The guy that served me was friendly, his name badge said 'friend' I went in for a promotion offered from my subway app which I was denied, which I was a little in happy about, after making a trip to make use of the deal. Then half way through doing the sauce he had run out of particular sauce but had only put a splatter on which made a funny taste when mixed with my second choice sauce. Then I used the cup drink machine that didn't have the correct dispensing head on it and covered me in tango... EwwI have received rude service from this store many times and that's reflected in my star rating. The only store with more rude staff is beconsfield.

First there was a long hair in my food, then i asked to speak to the manager as i wanted a full refund not only was she rude a dismissive she had the audacity to argue with me an say i must have placed it there. Finally i got a refund however I will never return.

I had a lovely chicken salad again. Here's the thing. Every day chicken salad but every day different.

I personally like Subway. The whole concept of having a sandwich made to order with lots of awesome options is a good one. This is quite a quiet subway with sometimes only one person on site so can lack atmosphere. In terms of customer service I have used this place a few times and it depends on who it is serving you.

The two female staff are amazing but the one male staff there never cooks the subs properly, my food is always cold i mean who really likes cold sausage, bacon egg and cheese? No idea how he got the job there
