The Botwell Inn in Hillingdon

Atmosphere good as always, I ordered a steak and chips meal I asked for it to be well done it turned up with no side and when I cut into it, it started mooing so I sent it back I'm not so impressed this time

Four stars given, toilets are a let down but overall a good Wetherspoons with a nice outside back area.

My Favourite Pub in Hayes. Fair prices. I would give it 5 stars but Manager (Donna) isn't very welcoming or friendly. Rest of the staff is great.

Excellent venue. The staff, the service, the food was second to none. It felt very homely and warm. It was a family atmosphere. Very reasonably priced. Would highly recommend.

After touring the UK with my family we stopped at many weatherspoons as we all loved the food and cat beat the prices. Well this one had to be the worst by far and that's a nice way of putting it. The staff were unbelievably rude and unhelpful. For our last meal in uk before flight it was utterly disappointing. Only good thing was leaving after our meal. Thanks for the stella glass though.

Great staff, and different areas to drink in. Good garden area in the summer and a smoking part.Of course the drink is well cheap and the food. No trouble here they dont take any nonsense.

A really good find! Very friendly and efficient staff. Food was excellent for the money and a great selection of real ales on tap. Recommended if you're in the area.

My first time here, as I try to visit as many of the Wetherspoon’s pubs and hotels as I can.You can always rely on decent, well-priced food in this chain, with good service on the whole.The Botwell Inn didn’t disappoint and my traditional breakfast was very good, and the staff friendly and helpful too.Happy to recommend and I’ll return here in the future.

I love coming here. The food is cheap and tasty with great portions and a wide variety of choices including vegan and vegetarian options. They do great deals unlimited hot beverages and the new app method of ordering food is a great idea. The staff are always polite and helpful and it's a good family pub. The lighting and the atmosphere is mostly relaxed and friendly.

Amazingly good pub! Can't fault this place, and it's now a favourite whenever in the Hayes area. It's very well run, welcoming and comfortable. The food here has been constantly good, no issues whatsoever. Staff friendly and hard working. This pub is a credit to those that run it... Oh and if that's not enough, it's fantastic value too. Well done!
