The Commission in Hillingdon

Food was ok, and we were expecting a good vegan mushroom burger but it was only a patty made out of chickpea or something else. I'm not an expert, or at least put something decent to your menu.Also we’ve encountered kind of racism, because one of the waiter/waitress was only accommodating some certain type of people, I kept waiving my hand for bill checkout, none of the staff came to us, so we decided to get up and went to the cashier they said “Due to lack of staff” I don't think so. I'm 100% sure they have seen me.

Service from the staff, and cleaning of the tables was non existing.Service from previous customers was not cleaned nor remove, the couple hours we sat here..Two guys were fooling around behind the wine bar, without taking responsibility of their area.We ordered some Squid, and the sourdough bun.Squid was fine, but the sourdough bread was hot straight out of the oven on the outside, but the inside was still cold and frozen.Asked them to fix it, and they ended up heating the bread too long.Staff needs to take ownership of their job.Sad to experience this quality in an airport with few dining options.

The whole experience was simply terrible, from the service to the quality of food. And there is no cleaning of tables, mine was dirty and sticky. No point in talking to the staff, clueless and pretty unprofessional! Total waste of money!

This place is a mess, absolutely garbage service. Had to ask 4 times for order to be taken. And then another few times to get the bill. Staff is a joke never experienced service this bad ever in my life

Extremely disappointed with the food here. I don’t mind paying £15 for fish and chips, but the quality of the fish was poor - more batter than fish and there was hardly any chips. Thankfully, the manager offered a discount, but with little choice of eating places in Heathrow Terminal 4 at the moment, they need to do much better.

My husband and I had a layover here in London and decided to grab lunch at the Comission. We have had a really long day, as we missed our flight going to Pisa and have wasted an entire day because of it. Nirmal greeted us and was such an awesome waiter! He sat us in the comfy seats, gave us great recommendations and was kind enough to tell us to stay as long as we would like! My husband had the roasted chicken and I tried the curry chicken...both were so delicious and were served hot and quick. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone and will be back next time we fly through London!

Ordered a veggie burger with sweet potato fries. really enjoyed it. Quick service, which is very appreciated at the airport, lovely, smily and helpful staff. Music is not too loud, just a lovely background. Would recommend definitely.

Just chilled and good variety of options. I missed breakfast, but still got eggs, toast and bacon. Nice!

The food is lovely and the restaurant has great ambience. The food was served quickly and well prepared.What let this restaurant down is Customer Service!!!!The staff member to seat my family did not seem interested, and no customer service skills at all.The person which served us was much better, but again very little customer service skills displayed.Staff members not very observant of customers waiting for service.Thank you Chef, the meal was lovely.

Food was surprisingly good for airport especially the mushroom risotto. It had a distinguished woody palate and tasted out of this world. The steak was done to perfection too and was not dry at all.
