I must have a thing for going to places with rubbish service. Okay yes it’s an airport but it’s no excuse. The app wasn’t working but I had to go through the entire download process and then create my basket order only to then be told the app is down. Finally the cue was so long that by the time I got to the bar someone else had taken my table and I was then forced to stand to one side while I waited for my food. Food came in a box and I’m appalled by the state of the burger. How was my meal worth 14£ makes no sense, absolute robbery. Restaurants should start getting fined for their terrible service because this place is robbing people blind.

Chips were good, mushy peas lukewarm, battered fish just fell apart into nasty little bits when cutting it. Service was quite quick, scanning/ordering/paying is a good system. Fish and chips not worth the money due to the poor quality of the fish.

The kind of place that's overstaffed and understaffed at the same time. Queues of customers yet lots of staff standing around doing nothing. At six pounds for a bacon butty you'll be happy to be leaving the country.

Soul-less factory still using COVID as an excuse with online ordering and staff cleaning tables only when they bring your order. Digitally slick, practically a yuck experience. On the food side fried is their forte. Chips good. Side salad wilted with more sauce than salad - see photo. Pret has more atmosphere.

The service was slow to begin with when we have asked for a table to be cleaned, but ipnstead the waiter has left us standing there, s we have taken another table that it was clean. We have ordered a bacon, egg and cheese muffin and an all day breakfast sandwich. Both items arrived very quick, and when we have taken a bite we knew why. The top layer on both items were hard which that indicated that there were under a heat lamp before being served. I will definitely not going there again.

Service was great but the food was pretty bad. Tasteless cheese, fries were frozen.

Easy to order and had vegan sausage for me. But they don’t come around to clean tables really unless they bring you food and take the old stuff off. Food wasn’t bad

I was actually confused what kind of restaurant is that? You scan and order food ? Yes I understand it’s smart and hygienic. But what if someone doesn’t have the smart phone? Can’t use it ? But anyways I can’t go more that 3 in this case for now.

Love the order from the app/QR code system. Service was STILL excellent. The passion fruit cider was amazing! So was my sweet potato curry! Great portions, food was delicious. Espresso was top knotch, too!
