Very good customer service, and the food always tastes 10/10, I come here for more than a year now and it is one of the best chicken shop in the area would definitely recommend

Been in there this evening very quick to get your food ready and that all I can say only went in there to get my husband his food not for me he like it and enjoyed it

Customer service was extremely bad. Person who was at the counter(a short person) he was so arrogant. I had a very bad experience. Even if i give three or four star for the food, But the way he behaved to me was not at all good. This is the first time here and had a very bad experience from the staff.I would like to bring this to the managers or the business owners attention.I hope no other customer will face this kind of experience. And from now on i won’t be coming to this shop and I’ll advice my friends not to.

I wish i didn't have to write this review as i am repeated customer and never had problems before.Food is delicious but on this one occasion i used a pick up service on deliveroo my partner collected, once he was home I discovered an item was missing from my order. I called up the shop and they already knew the item was missing because they had run out. My problem with this is they allowed my partner to leave the shop without telling him. They should of told him and offered a refund or a different item for the same price.It felt like they was seeing if we noticed it was missing from my order. I was only offered on the phone for a replacement over the next couple of days when they had some more in, no refund or exchange for a different item, considering they let my partner travel all the way back home. Then i has to question him how will he know it’s me? If i didn't question him he would of put the phone down and left it. He said to give him my first name. it didn't make sense the logic as he might not be working in the next of days and he didn't give me his name. I am really disappointed and i miss the old staff as something like this would of never happened.Luckily Deliveroo refunded me but sizzle and shake have caused me a lot of inconvenience for the stunt they pull today. Will be thinking twice before ordering food from here again

They have some of the juiciest chicken I've had, hands downFries are decent too + great value for money.Can't wait to try the Kinder Bueno Milkshake next time.Staff are nice too

Yummy crispy fries !!! , I ordered extra fries because I thought it will be a small portion bag like kfc but they give you a big bag which I was very happy to discover. Yummy spicy chicken wings and you can tell they use good quality chicken. Great taste and will definatley be ordering again ! .

I have ordered from sizzle and shake a few times. I would highly recommend! Their cheesecakes are unique and delicious and their waffles are amazing. I look forward to ordering more in the future!

Well, where do we start...This is the best chicken shop you will ever go to. The taste is priceless! Well cooked chicken Non-greasey. Never heavy handed with their hot sauce, so meal is easy to enjoy. On time and always served at a hot temperature. Also staff are extremely polite. Hygiene: 100/100.Go get yours now!!
