Great pub, good atmosphere can be rowdy at times but good selection of lagers on tap

Had the most amazing breakfast Saturday morning with my son, eggs Benedict with smoked salmon. Really yummy. But how things have changed, first Sunday roasts eliminated, then the lamb shank, and finally the amazing prawn starters - just had a meal after a couple of years in lockdown and the food was horrendous. This is great if you are a drinker, and simply want to have good cheap drinks, but for food, burgers and pizza's and nothing that you would want to bother with. Just had a half chicken with lemon and herbs, served with peas and chips - horrid. My son had a steak, dry and no flavour. Shame - this place is no longer somewhere where we would look forward to meeting up.

Local pub feel, laid back environment. Different to city centre Spoons, smaller and cosier. The prices are of course the biggest draw to go!

Lived in ickenham for several years now but never really got round to going to the Tich. Took my daughter for a pub lunch and it was fantastic. Friendly staff, very quick food service. The food was excellent and reasonably priced. Deffo recommended

I wish this place could be bigger. its really pain to find a table on Fri or Sat.Pizzas are so good !! Same quality as classy pizzerias. Staf.. they do their best, they are the best..Best option is in the area if someone considers!

Nice pub with local vibe. Excellent range of alcohol at more competitive prices than the other local pubs. One or two of the staff members could be a bit more cheerful, and also, vacated tables could be cleared of empty glasses a bit more quickly.

Excellent bar manager and staff. Cheap beer and good reasonably priced food.

Our second visit here, this time I had a vegetarian option, 3 veggie Sausages, chips and beans, with unlimited hot drinks (Latte coffee). Parking on the main road in the street outside. There is a disabled toilet on the ground floor, but the main ladies and gents are up the stairs on first floor level. I didn't really like the veggie Sausages, chips were great, beans portion I thought was a bit on the small side. Unlimited Latte was great too. The only disappointment was 3 of us got wet from a leaking ceiling above where we were sitting (see photo's).

Its really nice Wetherspoon's pub. Clean and comfortable, with nice friendly staff. Good food, good prices. Its a bit on the compact size but that adds to the great local atmosphere. Whats not to like! Always a pleasurable evening!
