Had a lovely stay with the kids who loved staying in the Bow room on the boat. Great location for visiting WB Harry Potter studio tour! Spent a day in London as well and staff were great. Even a Lady who was there on her day off was friendly and provided us with get direction to the Chimes carpark in Uxbridge where we could get the underground right into the centre. Will definitely stay here again with anymore future London visits. Thanks again!

Had the set menu for £30 each!Got five shrimps for starter with 2 biscuit sized pieces bread. For Mains I got a starter sized hunters chicken and kids potion of fries and for dessert I got a square of sponge with not a lot of toffee sauce.Food was ok but definitely not worth 30 quid!!!!DO NOT HAVE THE SET MENU!Staff were lovely but complained about the size of my chips and nothing was done, literally had half the amount of others on my table!

Stayed here on one of the boat rooms available. Leanne was very friendly and made our stay very pleasant and easy to check in / out. Food was good and the cocktails were ok. My only complaint would be that the windows in our room were quite dirty on the outside but I guess that’s to be expected when you stay on the water. Would definitely stay here again!

The evening started off good but by the end of it no one on the table could hear each other talkPart of a big party using the marquee was also using part of the restaurant, how abit of net curtain can be used has a partition is beyond me.Service was also very slow, no asking how any of the food was, had to call them over several times to get things moving along then to top it all a service charge on top

Top notch food, lovely service ..our waitress was absolutely 💯..very welcoming and friendly! Will definitely be going back again! Was nice to sit outside by the river in the sunshine 🌞

·

Bit of outside building work going on (for which they apologised - getting ready for the outdoor season) but still an interesting stop for a nice coffee. Menu looks tasty, a few diners already there early on a Tuesday lunchtime.

Had a lovely couple of nights here when we travelled home for a party. The venue was actually very quiet with it being just after Christmas. The rooms were lovely. We did expect a cooked breakfast as when we booked it, it said it was included. But we did have breakfast bits in the room. The room at night got very very warm but they do provide 2 fans. We were woken up by music around 7.45am from outside that was coming from the venue but that didn't bother us too much. Worth the money and would stay again

Lovely food very fresh! Genuinely the nicest meal out I have had in a while. Staff very accommodating and happy to help. Only downside is Dessert menu is a little bit limited unless you like cheesecake. Overall great experience.

Visited with a regular on a quiet lunchtime but brilliant friendly service. Burgers were fabulous and I'm told the salad was good and it certainly looked it. We finished with a coffee which was delivered individually as they were ready to keep them got and they were well worth having. Great. Thanks.

Came for a late lunch a few days before Christmas. Very friendly and attentive staff, fresh interior that looks recently renovated and food was delicious. Will definitely be coming here with my family in the spring and summer for lunch. Rhey have a wonderful waterside outdoor area too
