They fed my soul 💯 today. You know when you need FOOD. Can't thank them enough. The girl that answered was extremely lovely, Food was on point. Delivered quicklyI needed good food as I didn't Cook myself like usual.The food was bannnnnnnnnginngggg.Thank you so muchI brought mutton n rice curry chicken roti and a large bummbaclaaarrt dumpling filled with ackee n salt fishI can't even.Ot was just for me and I'd probably be eating it until next week Friday. Big portions.So pleasedThank you so much.My money well spent

This is me being generous. You’d walk in the place in a good mood and leave in a bad one. The customer service is TERRIBLE. I ordered over the one they said 15 mins to be ready. Got there in 15 mins.. still not done they said 10 mins…….. 20 mins later they said 5 minutes twice for a jerk BAGEL ! Secondly why is a full meal cheaper than a small bagel? Lastly all they do is chit chat in the back. By the time I got the food I didn’t even want it anymore. Seriously is it a job requirement for Caribbean restaurants to have rude staff? An explanation I’d needed.

Just had the curry goat, rice and peas. Amazed at how excellent the flavours and how the meat melted in my mouth. Excellent meal, excellent value! I also loved the how they gave vegetables, carrots and potatoes with the meal. Jerk chicken, rice and peas was also excellent. My tastebuds felt like I was in heaven tropics! I will 100% will be ordering again. Thank for the excellent experience and keep up the good work!Been coming here for years and food is amazing. Big up staff, chief and management. 10 out of 10

Me and my Nan would like to say that their food was delicious and the service is brilliant.Another reason why their so brilliant is because they so kindly went back to collect my Nan's fried chicken and bring it back .Not only that, when I phoned them up to say I would like to order jerk chicken and ice cream because I forgot to order it. They went above and beyond to bring it to the house and say to me it that it's on the house'.This is why their such a good restaurant and brilliant people because they gone through the effort to make 2 trips which is dedication all the way for Uxbridge

The friend chicken bagel I had was awful, the fried chicken inside had dry stale bits, chicken was not fresh at all it was as if they gave me all the left over pieces. And also on two occasions the plantains were undercooked and wasn't sweet at all.

Extremely Long wait though I ordered online over an hour before.Side options sizes are ridiculously small.See pics of overpriced salad...should be £1Plantain portion small....5 hard fried reheated pieces.Dumpling hard & heavy like a cricket ball.Roti hard.Most items seemed to be reheated by microwave so very hard by the time we tried to eat it.Bbq chicken tasted nice & flavour on the oxtail good but the meal was so small compared to the bbq'd meal.Spent £40 & it wasn't worth the money.I will prep & cook in future or go to Heritage (Hounslow) or Sunjam (Greenford)Wasn't so bad before.Never again

10/10! All perfectly cooked, arrived hot and only with slight delays despite very late night order. I never usually leave reviews but we were just so happy to find such a good Caribbean takeaway that delivers to us. Thanks Tropics 😊

Rarely do I write reviews and when I do its usually because Im so amazed or appalled! In this case the food & service we received was quite frankly AAAmazing . Im quite accustomed to fine dining and only enjoy dining if the food is excellent! The food served here is not only EXCELLENT in quality but cooked with an authentic traditional flavour I have not experienced before in a takeaway! Amazing guys keep up the great work, we will be ordering again regularly ❤️
