Wagamama in Hillingdon

The food was great, good food quality and tasty. However the service wasn’t great. We understand not all the food came at the same time and you are been told from the beginning about it when you order everything . But two of the sides (chili squid and miso glazed yakitori) arrived 30min after I finished my main meal.

First time back in a long while, pictured is the Chicken Teriyaki Donburi. Extremely enjoyable and a Large portion.Free small cup of green tea, wasn't sure if it was refillable, as it's note mentioned on menu or by server.Only downside, is that servers do pre-warn that the food will come out at different times. Therefore no fun when others in your group, recieve their food & your left sitting twiddling your thumbs. Telling them to eat as their food is getting cold. Our fried starter came after they finished their meals already.Otherwise all good & would visit again.It was busy for lunch time, so mindful not to photo other customers in the decor picture.

It wasn't my first time of dining in Wagamama Uxbridge and I've always like how the staff served us professionally and with courtesy. Nothing seemed like you are bothering them. My recent experience waa with my daughter on mother's Day, despite the busyness of the day, we didn't wait forever to get our meals. Everything was still fresh and hot when we got our plates. Desserts was so nice too.

Absolutely amazing food. Great flavours. Only thing for me was portion size. A bit on the smaller side for the money you pay but the food was amazing.

Disappointing service by the staff. Wagamama has been our all time favourite. However last night me and my husband kept waiting for our food for 45 mins while watching all others being served who came after us. We were trying to check with couple of staff to see the status on our order, who never came back to us on what’s happening and simply starting serving others again. We felt ignored and did not have a good customer service. Hence decided to leave without eating. Never again to Uxbridge Wagamama.

Amazing service, with extremely kind staff. Food was amazing!!! Will definitely be returning. (P.s. loved the complimentary birthday cake!)

The pork buns were dry as anything. As always the ebi katsu was amazing. The deep fried banana fritter with caramel sauce was also a winner

Absolutely disgusted with the treatment myself and my family received from the staff and management at Wagamama Uxbridge this evening! It’s approaching freezing outside, yet the staff felt the need to ask us to wait outside, even thought there was more than enough room for us and plenty more to stand inside. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE WITH THESE COMPLETELY INCOMPETENT CHILDREN!

Always a lovely trip to the Wagamama branch in Uxbridge.The veggie and vegan options are becoming extensive and it’s so good to see and try new plant creations!🌱The staff are always inviting and friendly and the service is always prompt. Thank you for always putting a smile on my face and serving fresh, wholesome soul food!😊

Good food and awesome service.. after lockdown first time dinner outting with hubby. Maintained safe environment with social distancing. Had good time .
