"Wenzel's was established in 1975 and has since become a favourite brand of locals in the north west London area We are currently expanding the brand and hope to have an additional 20 shops in the near future. We believe in delivering quality products at affordable prices and of course delivering them with outstanding customer service. In order to achieve these objectives we invest a great deal of time and money in training, product development, and future design to ensure that Wenzel's is the best bakery brand around!"

Some staff are ok and are pleasent and helpful , but one other is unwillingly helpful. They don't want to be there and show that with there expressions and unwillingness to help. Particularly an elder lady with light hair who isn't helpful at all and doesn't put the customers first. The ovened food is usually overcooked and not well stocked. To be honest I have been to wenzels many times and not once did I feel like this. I have always recommended wenzels to people and almost like free advertising. Shame really.

Bread only lasts a day. Full of air. Cakes and hot food way too expensive.

I can't express greater dismay for this place. At least when I visited, staff were unhelpful and not very welcome. Food range is good but the staff just put me off.
