Order arrived with missing items - gentleman I spoke to couldn’t really care less & told me I’d have to wait 45-60 mins for it to arrive again. Having spent in excess of £50 on food, I expect a marginal difference in the customer service I was offered.When I moaned about having to wait another hour for the missing items, I was offered free (extra) prawn crackers and a drink. I don’t know why I expected more than a can, but that’s all we got.Disappointing to say the least considering they’ve been delivering to this address for years.3 stars purely because I can’t fault the food.If it was down the customer service alone it would be 0 stars.

I went to grab a quick dinner with my friends, I order noodles was very dry, burned and not well cooked, we ordered soy souse and they give us 1 drop not even a spoon of liquid and big box it wasn't enough to improve the taste! We won't go back till they doesn't improve the quality of the products or the way they prepare it. Not very clean place if I have to be honest need deep cleaning!

Wow! I had the chicken wings, prawn toast, spring rolls, aromatic duck, sweet and sour chicken, rice, chow mein and black bean beef. Every single thing was delicious and I'd come again. Great value for money and generous portions. Server was friendly too. Thank you.

Amazing food! Amazing service! I have an egg allergy and Yumchi cater for all needs. I can finally eat more than one dish that doesn’t contain egg. You just let them know beforehand with your allergies.

Havent eaten here in many many years, but craved Chinese tonight. Usual order for my Crispy Chicken in Curry Sauce with Egg Fried Rice & side of Chicken Balls. What a poor meal. Chicken balls consist of thick under cooked batter…..bland, tasteless. Surely my mains would save the day? Hell to the NO. Chicken was chewing and Stringey, left with what i can only describe as wood shavings in my mouth before i happily spat this mouthful out and yes everything has been thrown in the bin!! Egg Fried Rice was actually ok ….. but had no egg! Honestly my go to Chinese in Uxbridge/Hayes has always been Dynasty, but there were closed on Mondays :-( #ShouldHaveMcDonalds #WorseChinese

We order from here regularly and the food is always very hit and miss. Tonight was the absolute worst, so much so that I felt compelled to write this review.The sauces taste good but the quality of ingredients is awful. Dry, gristly meat among the biggest complaints. We also ordered chips and it was like they had been left over from the day before and sent out. Horrendous. Don't bother calling them up to complain either. They don't care. They lost a very loyal customer tonight. Worst thing is, they won't even care.

I used be excited when I used to get some takeaway from here instead of cooking. In recent weeks the food tastes completely different and it isn’t a good thing. The staff are rude they always seem to be on their personal phones messaging and giggling but they’ll tell you to wait a minute. The prices has increased considerably for food that is no longer edible and bland. It’s become an Afgan delicacy instead of authentic Chinese food.
