Popular chicken shop located in Hounslow East. I ordered from Deliveroo, delivery was speedy and driver friendly. I had the infamous chicken sandwich inferno it was overfilled and average taste. The chips were also disappointing they arrived cold so was inedible. I expected the wings to deliver since it is a chicken shop , they were average Chick N Run, CFC, KFC down the road offer much better quality. It is also rather expensive for a fast food shop, which is very important in this sector. Overall, I would avoid this place and head elsewhere.

First time ordered from this restaurant from just eats and one hour later the 25 spicy wings Order was not even completed and staff lies about it being delivered. The staff was not helpful as he sounded like a kid not interested in his job which is to provide good service to his customer. Will never order from here.

l have a question for the management…You charge 40p extra for BBQ SAUCE in burger, IF someone has requested it as an extra sauce in burger e.g along with the burger someone says ADD EXTRA BBQ SAUCE, than l can understand to pay extra.But we take steak burger and remove lettuce and mayonnaise and just request to replace them with BBQ sauce, still l pay 40p extra every time.So if l am removing 2 toppings from burger, shouldn’t l will be able to add different sauce for no extra cost??

I remember coming here when it was just a single shop and now seeing the growth is good to see. We went recently and the place was ram jam wit customers.We were worried about social distancing although it seems to be working with what's in place. Ques were long but staff handled swiftly.The food is delicious and served up hot and very quick not forgetting the drink too. Pricing instore is very reasonable and selection on offer is tasty leaving you spoilt for choice.The location is great as not too far from home, tube and bus stop.5 star service with great food.😊

It's not tasty like it used to be. They've changed the scene it looks pretty now, but they've also changed the recipe because the fried chicken is not delicious anymore. It's too oily, its not spicy at all, it doesnt even smell nice anymore. I felt sick eating it, even the kids couldnt eat more than 3 fried chicken wings. The fries taste like it was fried the day before. What on earth happened to Aladdins. They've lost their touch. I'm disappointed. This place used to be my favourite place to go to, not anymore.

I found a hair in my chicken wrap. I have been a loyal customer for over 15 years, the food hygiene standards have dropped significantly. I'm never eating from here ever again.

Great quality food, consistent never let's you down, slightly pricey compared to others locally but definitely worth it if you want a nice meal

Got a chicken fillet sandwich, had a hair on the side inside of the box. Called them twice but no response, so sadly had to throw in the bin. Waste of money.Sadly it’s not the first time there’s been hairs in my food. I’ve been a regular Aladins customer since 2011 but think I’ll stop going here anymore.

If you want a micro bitesize double cheese burger for £3:65 then Aladdins is the place to go. Honestly such a rip off and I feel cheated. Though deliveroo you firstly over charge and then you have no meal deal option for a burger meal and everything is sold separately and then you pay £3:65 just for a micro double cheese burger 2 bites and your still hungry??? I don't know if this is due to inflation, Brexit, covid or all three that your burgers have shrunk to the point you need a magnifying glass to see them but I won't be buying again. £3:65 and it's not a gourmet burger it's so basic and when I got my order and the address is literally two minutes away by motorbike the foods cold.
