I stood at the bar with some work colleagues and no one came to take our order. We waited about 10 minutes, and after being completely ignored, we left and went to the Lamb down the road which I highly recommend! Great beer, food and service! Do not waste your time going to this establishment - they obviously have a business model that allows them to ignore good service and stay profitable - amazing:)

My experience with this place is always a bit 'meh'. It's ok, nothing special. The decor is nice enough and it's a decent sized bar but the service is pretty dire and the food is not the best (stick with the tapas menu if you need to eat). By all means head here for drinks with work folk but if I'm honest there are plenty of nicer bars along Chiswick High Road.

The service was absolutely awful. The bar was extremely busy and it seemed the only way you could get served was if you had big breasts. Seriously...I waited about twenty minutes to be served a glass of wine and the barman spoke to me so rudely telling me an attitude would not get served to which I then got so angry I left. I would never ever recommend this place to anyone and I will never return

Not as good as the All Bar One in Richmond. Unable to make a decent coffee and the one real ale they have is often unavailable.

Have to say, service was dire. I prepared well in advance, pre-ordered all the food for a party of 10, sent the man updated list days before we were coming which they confirmed and they still managed to screw up the orders. Likely I took a copy of what I sent them. They have 2 General managers. Obviously they don't communicate with each other. Their excuse was that one of them was not in that day. Complete joke. Advise is do not pre-order as they do not understand simple instructions. Order when you get there!!!!!!!!!!!!!
