Bulls Head in Hounslow

Nice traditional pub. I ordered chicken pie but was not impressed at all. Good to go for a glass of wine

Best Riverside gastropub in Chiswick. Very atmospheric, with lots of small semi-private rooms. There are similarly located pubs towards the Kew bridge but this one is more affordable, has better service and much tastier food. Kudos to the chef for their Sunday roast! Very cosy, too, with 2 outside seating areas and a fireplace.PS. Unfortunately, we stopped going as it's next to impossible to order while eating solo or with a small child. One has to get a table first and then provide the number at the bar and the only way to grab a table is to either have someone else sit there for you or leave your personal belonging on the table (or, in my case, a child sleeping in the pram) which I won't do. A few of times I was refused service and after talking to the manager I was finally offered to have my order taken outside. But every time I come I end up talking to the manager and even though they eventually accommodate they make a big deal out of it and make it sound like they are making a one-off exception for me and that kind of kills the mood for me. Real shame as we just moved to the neighbourhood with my daughter and this has become our favourite but right away.

Had a family get together for a funeral. Staff were lovely. Very friendly and attentive. Food was great . Had a room with a great view of the river. Will definitely go back

Really lovely pub inside and out with beautiful views of the sunset, exposed beam and open fireplaces. Sadly let down greatly by the quality of the food and also by the service. Probably wouldn’t eat here again, but would pop in for a pint.

Pretty and cosy low beamed traditional pub. If you are lucky you can get the two leather chairs by the fire place.Pub on the river and serves food. Recommended!

I went back to the Bull for old times sake as it used to be my local when I was working at small factory on Strand on the GreenThe pub hasn't changed that much since I was working there.It felt so good to be back.I will definitely be going back to the Bull when I am next staying in Richmond.

Our staff had our Christmas party at the Bulls Head. Lovely atmosphere and great food. The servers were friendly, a bit sassy (without crossing the line too much), and attentive, which added to the charming environment. The Festive Fayre was also the best value for money I've seen compared to other pubs' festive menus. Highly recommended.

Hit the spot on a chilly day. Cosy pub with warm fire and lovely outlook. Not only good beer but excellent food at reasonable prices. What I particularly liked was the lunch menu which provided sensible lunch size portions. A pleasant change from being induced to buy a meal from the full menu which is becoming increasingly prevalent.

Great location, friendly staff and amazing food! We had the American Deli sandwich which was delicious!

What can I say! I love those coincidences. We were in England on business, and on our way back from London we happened to discover this pearl on the Thames. The weather was gorgeous and the restaurant was a perfect place for it. The service was very friendly and the kitchen did a very good job. The location at the Thames is of course very good for the restaurant, if you can sit outside you really have a holiday feeling. I think my pictures speak for themselves. I will definitely come again and thank you for the great stay today.
