Burger King in Hounslow

One has only to visit this joint and see to understand why BK is failing all over the world. Pathetic service and not-so-nice staff. When I visited, there was only one girl who named the till and also did the serving. Order took a while. If you order anything vegetarian, then try doubling the standard wait time. I have given 2 stars only because I love the BK whopper (more than any burger from McD).

Second time when order and items are missing.Tried to call them and no answer.

Horrible staff. Went there, ordered, and paid. Once with the order, they missed a small portion of fries and cheese for my burger that I paid. I went back to claim it and they were mocking me, like I didn't pay for the extras? At the end they put cheese inside the same burger without even heating it up, plus the staff touched the cheese in front of me. ARE YOU SERIOUS? Never left a place so angry!!!

Can't rate the food as didn't order; a line of 2 people must have been overwhelming for the 2 staff members too busy to multitask to engage with us whilst talking amongst each other. Returned the same behavioural courtesy by ignoring and walking away.

By far , the slowest fast food restaurant I have visited. I ordered my good at 13.58 and received it at 14.16.There were 3 staff members working, at snail pace.. we waited in the queue for so long that I ended made friends in the ever growing queue. The customer before me found a hair in their food, which is no surprise as none of the three ladies working were not wearing hairnets and had hair as long as the length of their back.Seriously ! Someone needs to ask what there are not wearing hairnets or even a hat !!How dare I asked for mayo and as it's not available. I mean come on this Burger king !Lastly, I don't think the staff were rude however there is a serious lack of customer service skills amongst the team.I don't go to burger king much , but heard great things and wanted to try the new Vegan whopper.I don't think I will be coming back not because of the food but the service I received.Clearly why McDonalds is way better ..... I will never cheat on you again. I'm sorry

Went to the till to order, were no customers there and the cashier; same pointed her finger. Eventually ordered 2 plant based whoopers. After a few minutes I checked my receipt and she had ordered a chicken version. Went back to her as that’s not what I ordered and she blamed us and said it can’t be changed and walked off. We then asked for a manager who came out and confirmed they can change it and it is not our fault. The cashier argued with us again in front of the manager saying its not her responsibility to ask us if we want a vegan option so she just guessed and done chicken although we specified “plant based”terrible customer service!

Burger king is a burger king. Simple as that. Burger is a burger regardless name/brand.

I have never experienced such unprofessional behavior. I had ordered via click and collect and I was quizzed in a way that wasn’t professional. I have never in my life seen such rude and disrespectful staff, no manners and giving me dirty looks. I will never in my life come here again

Most disgusting burger I ever eat..Ordered king melt box and get dry cheeseburger with 1 slice of cheese and no sauce.. service poor and staff extremely slow.Cant even call this restaurant as a fast food because it doesn't do its function... would give 0 star if could.. very very disapointed because I use to like to eat in burger king before today...
