Have just eaten here, and the curry 🍛 was nice. However, was disappointed to find two hairs in the rice. Also there were no cashews in the dish despite its description.

Fly in the food . Been a long-standing customer . But owner wants to argue and not offer a refund poor service poor quality poor managementIf anyone wants a stir fried fly in their food with no refund . Go for it enjoy

Waste of money, Ram doesn’t even understand English, disgusting place to order horrible food and customer service doesn’t exist in urban kitchen, staff has no manner to talk to customers. Shame on you all.Burnt naan, whole in roties, gobi came with half container full of oil.mogos were stale and smelly. Curry was under cooked and lamb was overly spiced. would never recommend to anyone👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼 Horrible horrible horrible

Worst Chicken biryani I ever had. Rice is uncooked and full of masala. I feel like I ate only masala. And on top price increased to £7.95.

Very disappointed. When I walked in the floors were sticky, tables were dirty even though the restaurant had just opened ! Chewy chilli Lamb with a fly in it. Lamb Madras arrived full of bone and fat. Biriyani was too salty to eat. Conclusion was 30% off the bill. Based on all of the problems I should not have been charged anything. Food waiting to be delivered were sitting on a table for over 35 minutes. Customers were complaining that the toilets were dangerously slippery. Extremely unprofessional setup and a poor example of a restaurant.

Delivery time was good. Mixed reviews of the food, Lamb Madras is too spicy and it has a very fresh chilli taste to it which overpowers the madras flavour.. (have to recook it to tone it down..). The chicken biryani was different. Tasted like chicken nuggets on the top of it with two boiled eggs which are nice and then with actual chicken underneath which is nice. I love spice but not when you can't taste the curry itself! With the lamb madras as well, the lamb was a bit chewy but not bad.Edit - recooked it added butter, yogurt and a tad of puree and it was lovely!Please next time don't try to burn my mouth and stomach!

Would say Urban Corner Than Urban Kitchen,Ideally it is on the corner 😄.Food seems Good,Fresh,colourful to the Urban Local Palate.(can be adjustable as per your Palate)A warm welcome by Ram(Owner) and the menu offering and Suggestions can be applauded.The Combo Grill was really good which I forgot to capture , and I must say,they must look into the portion size of the 😋 curries.Must tries are Combo Grill, Amritsari fish and Lamb Bjryani.Although it took a while to get the Food out,can be understandable as everything prepared fresh.Ambience could have be More better and Should have looked into the cleaning aspect too.

Really good restaurant, nice food, great customer service and amazing Tandoori Chicken!I buy Tandoori Chicken from here every weekend, my favourite. Really nicely cooked and great taste. Their Chicken Lollipop is also decent. The best part about them is their great customer service.I would recommend this restaurant.

One of the Awful butter chicken tasted ever- ordered Butter Naan and butter chicken- what I got is a dry Naan with no butter. A butter chicken which we literally could not eat. Filled with Chilly powder. No taste.. it goes straigt to the bin (really dont like wasting food). RED ALERTTTT!! Dont go here seeing those fake reviews. Dont have anything less than 1 Star to Rate. By the way it was way too expensive.

Being let down by a leading restaurant at very last minute for my niece’s birthday party event, we contacted this restaurant at short notice. Owner is very friendly and accommodating. He arranged for decoration as well for a good price. Food is awesome, ambience is wonderful, staff are helpful and owner is super friendly. Five stars for new management and thanks for the amazing experience guys. Our family loved every moment. One of the hidden gems in Hounslow and I suggest the community to support local businesses like this.
