Nice location by the bridge overlooking the river. Standard menu and there are often deals to be had using 3rd party schemes. Food is reliably good and service is quite good.

Not an usual Cafe Rouge. Get an outside table and enjoy riverside as well as an unique view of tube trains crossing Thames.

Nice English breakfast for a good price. I don't really recomend pancakes.

All the good things you can expect from Cafe Rouge - congenial atmosphere, authentic European character, good menu well executed, friendly professional staff at a very decent price point. The bonus for this establishment is the location overlooking the river and the rather grand building which makes it a special place and always a pleasure. I have been going there with my family for probably 10 years. Update : except it's now closing down 😂

Surprised by some of the poor reviews on this restaurant! I may have caught them on a good night. The service was courteous and attentive throughout. My date and I both had the fillet steak which was cooked to perfection (rare for him, medium for myself), and it went great with a glass of their Merlot. Would definitely return for another tasty evening meal.

Wonderful ambience, great service, scrumptious food, excellent views - can't wait to go again!! 😃

Love the age rouge food-a great selection of classics but they also cater for vegetarians. We go there quite a lot, sometimes with friends. The staff are very nice except for a Dutch waiter who has an arrogant, rude attitude-hence 4 not 5 stars.

Had a Groupon offer, shame that the portions were less than normal, but I suppose it's to be expected! Food rustic French, nicely cooked. Had a lovely evening, staff attentive. Sits by Kew Bridge, in the summer you can sit outside. Recommend booking at the weekends. Has upstairs seating also.

The perfect cafe for a nice breakfast with friends or family. The terrace is really great, but you have to go there pretty early or else you will have to wait a while for a table, but it's totally worth it. The view is amazing and you can watch the people down on the street passing by. Service isn't their greatest point. Sometimes you have to wait a while for your order to be served, but otherwise everything is great. The food is really delicious and prepared with only fresh ingredients. I recommend trying the fish cakes.
