Caffe Nero in Hounslow

Great coffee in nice comfortable surroundings. Polite staff. Although having a little more patients with the customer who doesn't always understand the fancy ( unnecessary and bloody stupid ) names for the simple things they sell is very frustrating. Why do the executives in companies like this one not get that. It would have got you the five star rating. Coffee is coffee.. stop naming them stupid names to make you feel important. It doesn't work and I am left believing that the executives in this company are Moran's.

I had a good White chocolate Mocha here, it's good and so is the Lemon cake.. the wife had a Tiramasu cake, she liked that.The only downside is, the place can be a lil more clean, I saw the cups leftover on the tables for quite a bit of time..

Staff very unfriendly and cannot grasp English nor helpful, plus very impatience. I was trying install the Caffè Nero app, as well as, wanted to redeem all the stamps over/synchronise, to the E-app. All efforts were in vain, staff not friendly creates a tense environment for customers and the atmosphere.

Quality service from the moment we walked in the staff were on hand ready to serve. Coffee as per usual was great first thing in the morning in my usual spot, no que and staff very helpful. It can get busy at certain times but if you no what you want and even if you don't and prepared for 5star treatment then get yourself down there. Weekends is my favourite chill out times although before work pre-covid used to be the quick stop and purchase which all changed now working from home..nonetheless great store with quality coffee.

Rude and uninterested staff. More importantly, the coffee's I've had here (Caramel Latte, Mocha, Flat White, Cappuccino etc) taste awful, especially compared to the same drinks at other branches. Clearly the barista's at this branch aren't skilled.

Good coffee, IMO the best of the chain coffee shops. Their Flat white has a double shot of espresso where as Costa's only has one, a bonus all round!

Nice strong coffee which I love the most and yummy hot choclate for my kids. Staff is very helpful, friendly and polite. Love going there with my family every time I go to high street.

Just loved what we had from Cafe Nero. Got a good corner chair to sit and relax to enjoy our drink. The coffee shop is well arranged and is always filled with customers. Have spent about one hour by sipping our coffee and enjoying the street view.
