Awesome local cafe for breakfast and brunch, eat in, or take away. Today I had a mixed portion of scrambled eggs, herby sausages, red pepper and onion pasta followed by delicious cheesecake and a large latte for a tenner. They do good sandwiches and baguettes too. All the girls are friendly and deliver service with a smile. Superb!

The waitresses are super good, kind and efficient and very clean, bathroom is always very clean, however the chef is awful, i asked for scrambled eggs and gave my fried eggs instead, but the eggs were all over cooked, make me wonder if was a left over, not the first time i have similar problems with english breakfast, sometimes is very oily, not consistency with the food, sometimes is okay and others very poor; they don't do poached eggs, which is a shame if you enjoyed eating a bit healthier.I keep coming because of lovely waitresses..they work really hard, non stop and still friendly, kind and helpful. Top rate for them.

Been to this place a few times now, their Cornation chicken baguettes are my fave! When I have sat down for breakfast or lunch, the helpings have been generous and are good value for money. On top of that, the customer service is lovely. There is a blonde haired lady who has been polite and cheery everytime I've gone there, she makes you feel very welcome. Nice little place to eat at.

I have a highly concerned Hygine issue with this place. The fruits displayed are all covered with flies and the lady served our orange juice with the oranges flies sit on. Also the lady making coffees was keep touching her noses while receiving notes and making coffee but no action of washing hands. I will not even come near by. After witnessing all those I couldn't drink my juice.

As a keen coffee drinker, it has to be said the coffee is lacking in taste. I could have been drinking warmed milk? Seating is tired and in need of a change. Alot of the patrons appear to be from trade on the move or young sprites looking for a close chat... Not for the gentile amongst us as the atmosphere is edgy and slightly alienating. Pastry is unfamiliar as it may be of polish origin. To be fair, this venue will if course appeal to a section of the populace of Hounslow no doubt but for me the coffee was a let down without much body, non-bitter, or aroma. If their coffee and it's making was of high quality matching the fairly high price, I would have considered returning.

I have been going to this café for a couple of years now ,and shamefully I have never given a review. The coffee us good and not a ridiculous prize like some chain coffee shops. The staff friendly and efficient. The food different every day. The soup is always amazing. And there is a lady who has worked there along time and knows everyone s name. Which is impressive first thing in the morning. I know all the local office workers go there for lunch ,so it must be good and not over priced. But if it was nt for the good staff there would not be a good café. Try it its opposite the station.

I might've given 3 stars if not for the manager's approach to running the place - i.e. blame the staff, lie to customers, show no remorse, and clearly betray the fact that this kind of debacle is utterly normal. If you have plenty of time on your hands and everyone in your group is easy going this would be an ok place to eat.The food:Eggs nicely done, decent sausages (but poorly cooked and aged under some heat source making the skin thick and tough while the insides were dry), low grade bacon, mushrooms ready for compost. reasonable hash browns and commodity baked beans. Reasonable coffee but poorly compacted leading to a bit of over-extraction. Low grade oranges of inappropriate variety for fresh squeezed juice. The experience:Friendly, quick to take the order. Despite almost every table being unoccupied, there was only one clean table, and it wasn't that clean. Food took a while to arrive (nearly 20 mins with no other orders going) and had clearly been sitting there a while - only things that retain heat well like sausages were still warmish.I pointed this out to the manager who said "oh my God I'm going to kill them" while storming off with the plate. she clearly didn't realise I noticed she'd forgotten about it and rushed to grab it when i looked over my shoulder at her moments before it arrived. While I waited I ordered another coffee along with fresh orange juice. She brought back old reheated food moments later and tried to pass it off as having made me a new one as if I was born yesterday and the kitchen that supposedly took 20 minutes last time took 2 this time.I got back to my book as I tucked in wishing I'd just dealt with the cold breakfast which wasn't overall as bad as the current plate. Halfway through I got my wierdly sour orange juice and towards the end a waitress plonked down the toast that was supposed to come with the breakfast with no recognition that it was perhaps a bit late. The second coffee never came.As I went to leave and pay the manager smiled as she took the £12 something it cost (after my 2nd coffee was redacted for having apparently been given to someone else). There was no word of apology or concession for next time and I left much later than expected with the impression that this kind of debacle was just par for the course in this cafe.Recommendation:They do try but they lack organisation and I feel the current manager could do with hiring an experienced floor manager who knows what they're doing so she can focus on upkeep and organisation of the place. She needs to stop blaming the staff and reflect more on how the place is being run - if that were sorted I think the staff and the cafe would do just fine.

Nail in the coffin for 1 star was foisting old bank notes on us. We tried to buy lunch with the change they gave us and the notes were refused. They were nice. We were nice and tipped. Then why thieve us? Oh because we're obviously tourists. We left the next morning before they opened so we didn't get the chance to confront them. Food was edible enough. Coffee and cappuccino were were good. Their bank notes are bitter souvenirs. Any locals know how to handle old currency?

Very enjoyable experience. Coffee was superb, fantastic breakfast for the price though hash browns a little undercooked everything else very nice. Service was friendly and quick. Only not given full 5 stars due to slightly undercooked hash browns!
