Lovely spot for lunch - wide ranging menu, friendly owner and staff, and lovely food. Felt very welcoming for our family with small children as well. Thank you!

I went here several years ago with friends and the food was excellent. Very authentic Italian... we had pizza which was exceptional. In the area today and probably will go for dinner... the owner and staff were amazing and very friendly.Would give 6 stars if I could. Highly recommend!Addionally... just went... incredible food. Authentic and delicious... the gnocchi was perfecto and the local gellato was amazing. We got to meet the head chef and owner, and his lovely wife in this family run restaurant. Our waitress (Ravine) was incredibly caring, professional and helpful. The staff really care about your culinary experience and the quality of their food, and it shows. Two words... go here!Pictures below. Non edited and #nofilter😁

Read the reviews and thought it would a winner, what restaurant is not with over 4 stars on Google? Went for our Anniversary, was looking forward to it all week. Here is the night as it happened.- Got the table by a proped open door in late October next to a big pot of dirt but hey whatever who cares if the food good?- Ran out of the Chianti so had to order something else plus all mushroom dishes were not available, but these thing happen so no worries.- Waitress did not know if small prawns were fresh or not. She offererd to ask but hey why cause a fuss when the reviews are this good, either way should be pretty good.- We ordered the large antipasto to share but it was a big mixed salad. No board of separated meats and veg, just a big wet meat salad of very poor ingredients.- Ordered a veg option as well, as partner is veggy and thought the large would come as a board not a mixed salad thing, very odd.- Several mins into eating the staters they bring the mains, so that got sent back to stew in an oven while we finished the starters. No worries it happens but not what you want.- When the mains came again 20 mins later they were both cold so asked to send back again. So far not a smile from the waitress but hey it can be a long day but not what you want when asking politely.- Tap water finally arrives after asking again but hey it happens.- Mains came again a little later but needed new cutlery so had to wait. When she came back with the sets she plonked it in my pasta, felt like I was at old school lunches.- The small prawns with papadelle were rubber pellets and tasted off, it trashed my gut for the night once home, really not what you want.- The gnocchi with walnut and gorgonzola tasted of nothing but blue cheese in a thick sickly sause.- Left almsot every thing of both dishes and asked for the bill.- Waitress asked if we wanted to add a tip with a straight face. To be fair she asked how it was but I mean come on I just want to pay and leave, you can see the full plates and the back and forth we have hhad- £63- Maybe they had an off night, if you do go I hope its better than ours, go safe and have the pizza, the anti Pasto, pasta and gnocchi are well below the ratings.

Stumbled upon this place whilst walking to Acton Station.Very authentic feeling Italian place, was served by who I presume is the owner who was very friendly and made me feel at home. The food was excellent, the service was great and the restaurant itself was quite homely.Would definitely return if I was in the area.

Absolutely delicious food. Best Italian I have ever been to. Everything made from scratch with love. The garlic pizza with tomatoes was to die for! Nothing was too much trouble. The Italian owner was just delightful and served us incredibly well. Customer service was A+++. Also as someone who eats plant based /vegan, there were many options. We head mushroom risotto as a main and it was hearty portion and delicious!

Superb place, home atmosphere, proper Italian food and wines. Good quality of the food and very friendly staff. I already put that place on my list of the best restaurants.

We ordered 2 lasagna, one beef and one veg as mains. The beef one tasted incredible. I believe it's the cut of beef with the right combination of meat, fats and tendons which resulted in soft yet springy mince meat. Veg lasagna is good as well but we find it too salty. While waiting for the mains, the owner treated us olives and bread! Those in the photos are missing a few pieces! Simply too eager to eat before snapping some pics. Don't bother having the desserts, at least for the ones in the photos. Nicely presented but does not taste fresh.
