For a fast food chicken shop the service is slow and below average. The food is well prepared and fresh most of the time, which is why I suffer the slow service and wait, customer service could be more friendly too.

It’s good taste but the thing is bad that they don’t have enough staff at busy time and customers have to wait for long time burger 🍔 I liked the most is peri peri one

I had an amazing day with my boyfriend until I had entered this chicken shop. Customer service was so poor that the lady who was serving us seemed like she was being forced to work, however this is not our problem as this Shouldn’t be reflected on the customers. The food was alright nothing to exaggerate could have been better,however wouldn’t recommend it as the customer service is unacceptable and the food is disappointing.

Came here with my Girlfriend the other day, the food was alright but customer service was pathetic. Absolutely disgusted from the workers as they are really slow and do not know what they are doing. They told us to wait 5 minutes for the wings, but made us wait for 25 minutes. The mayo and ketchup came in really small packets. Never in my life will I step a foot into this ' chicken shop' . The workers ignore you when you want something. The women that works there always has an angry face as if she is forcefully working there, screwing us when we were giving our order and when we were eating. I absolutely do not recommend this place to anyone!

I ordered 6 spicy wings meal, with peri peri fries. The chicken wings are good, lovely batter very crunchy on the outside and juicy inside. The fries were average, nothing special had better fries in other fast food chains. It is also slightly more expensive than other chains, which is an important factor in fast food business.

The good is good. But my GOD are these guys slow. They are so slow. I come here often but I literally have to leave an hour spare (I live locally) to get food. The lady at the till is particularly slow :(

Omg the lady is SO slow at serving food. The food itself is nice but the lady serving needs Lucozade. Please speed up your service as its pushing away customers. I won't be coning back here unless I have a spare can of redbull to give to the lady before I place my order

I would not even give them one star but to leave a review I have to give them one star, I ordered via Uber yesterday evening and more than the half of food was missing, I contacted Uber they said that they can't do anything on this occasion then I contacted the store and they were aware of it. They sent we will send you the food, one hour past and the food still didn't come I called many times and not helpfull at all. Two hours past and the food came, dinner time was finished and kids went to sleep waiting so disappointed and waste of money.

Sunday was the very first day when I went to this place in the afternoon, cz of the online offers I thought to go in the store and place the order. When I went inside the old man wearing blue shirt was so rude to the customers that I am the manager if you want to wait it's ohkay orelse take refund. He came to take my order after cleaning the plates I was so shocked he didn't even sanitised his hands ,Chad to wait 20 mins for the dry and stoned fillet burger. If someone is in a rush never recommend this place as the staff is more interested in themself instead of serving customers.

The food here is pretty nice, unfortunately the location, atmosphere and crowd are not good and verge on the unsettling at night. I would never recommend coming here with children or families. Very unclean and you'd be better off just getting a take away and going straight home.Despite this, the service was decent and t he turnaround for food was surprisingly fast despite it being quite busy. The grilled chicken burger was excellent. I tried the hot flavour with the standard lettuce, tomato and mayonnaise. I also bought a cheese burger (without cheese of course), and it tasted ok. Nothing compared to Aladdins for either burgers. If you're around the area and craving a decent burger I'd say the quality of their food is actually good. KFC down the road is actually not nice despite their brand reputation and costs more than these neighbouring chicken shops.
