Costa Coffee in Hounslow

Next time Coffee TAKE AWAY ONLY!So stressful inside. Every 2nd person goes into the café with baby buggy. I can't believe it.We only wanted to drink 2 coffees at ease.Idiot kids screams. There is no space for move due to the many buggies.

Costa is a lovely coffee shop always consistent with Food & Beverages. This shop in particular has a great seating area aswell.

I ordered a salted caramel frappe kind don’t rember exact name . Apart from them there was white girl very rude I ordered first she keep me wait there while she served another customers who came after . Need to grow up a bit colour doent matter respect the other (brown) people as well . These kind of nonsense people make difference they forgot u will get what u served .

We entered the place 20 minutes before closing time and were told to hurry up with the order for coffee. The sandwiches and breakfast rolls were at a 50 percent rate but we were not able to buy it for the lady at the counter said it can't be had without heating and the oven had been shut for the evening. A few hungry customers were turned back because she wasn't ready to sell the foodstuff.

Visited for a coffee and cake. Very quiet. A worker clearly in training served my. With help she eventually served me. Felt a little sorry for her as she struggled with the till. Still my Americano was good.

Good coffee shop located at a prime location in high street. The ambience is good but you still feel something is missing!! There’s dine in area, washroom facilities and space outside the bar for smokers and ppl who like to enjoy a busy view

So I was set to meet my friend for a catch up. It had been a while since we met. We both decided that we would meet at Costa Coffee. This was my first visit to Costa Coffee. The place itself is quite open and very clean. You can also sit outside, which also allows you to smoke. There was an array of large seating areas, for families and small ones too, for two people, as was the case for my friend and I. On arrival, I noticed how busy the place was, which showed to me that it must have been a busy venue. Staff were very busy serving the line of customers and cleaning the tables, so that customers could sit and enjoy the warm hospitality. I ordered a latte for myself and a cappuccino for my friend. I also ordered a cheese and ham toastie. Which with the latte I ordered was utterly delicious. And whilst my friend and I sat there, enjoying our hot drinks, I noticed people coming in and out, which shows just how popular Costa Coffee is. Staff were very busy, but polite and courteous and upheld a professional manner at all times. I even asked to borrow a pen, as I had some forms to fill out, and this request was met with a helpful attitude and a smile.All in all a great experience thoroughly enjoyed by myself. Definitely will go in again.

R.I.P Costa coffee! I could give 5* months or years ago, but now everything changed. Prices very high, poor service (sometimes) and less staff. Toilet always mess , no plugs too charge phones etc. 10* This shop opens very early and closes late. Staff is very lovely by the way no doubt 👌

Great coffee. Great store and location. We arrived for brunch and were welcomed by pleasant staff who served promptly as there was a que but soon it disappeared. Good atmosphere because sometimes it can get abit loud but social distancing was on point so not to worry about that and plenty of seating. Prices are decent and very much affordable as this is why we always return and as mentioned previously staff are prompt, welcoming and ready to help with your requirements. Thankyou😊

Quite a nice place to have a morning coffe.Nice and friendly staff, always on time with the orders, this place offers outside tables to seat (if you're lucky enough to get one, as it is always busy)Very clean and we'll organized according to the social distancing measures.I'd be happy to come back here at any time.
