Cyn Mangal in Hounslow

Me and My Nephew from America went into the shop yesterday and ordered a large "Mix Doner Kebab" with chips and salad.We had our lunch at home.It was my nephew's first-time that he had Turkish Food and he liked it. The food was fresh and nice and tasty along with welcoming and friendly staff.

Don’t go I have ordered chicken shish wrap they charged me 6 pound for that and just they put small tiny 3 chunks of chicken in wrap and salad they have just white onion and red cabbage ridiculous . It’s better you go to for frozen food !!

Thieves charge lots of money but don’t give proper portion of food. They serve stone cold foods Be aware

We ordered food online, chicken shish and lamb doner and a lamb doner wrap. Initially we were planning to do 2 doner/ shish but we thought it may be big, and it was indeed massive. Similarly the portion of potatoes wedges was super big. Just order one to share. The food is fine, but salty. Delivery is quite fast!

Had children kepab and chips on the way back from the rugby, only down side was they are still using plastic forks. X

I had a feeling to avoid ordering from here but ignored myself. The chicken doner was pink; half raw / half roasted. Other meal had a very low temperature albeit cooked. Only ate 1/4, gave the rest to a fox. Two regrets: ordering from here and not taking a photo. I still feel unwell several hours later. fingers crossed I haven't been poisoned. If staff want to communicate with me, feel free, I'm not lying. Never ordering here again, ever.

Order was delivered stone cold spoke to 2 of their staff who were very unhelpful and was not at all interested in rectifying the matter paid £12.00 for something I could not eat. One of the guys told me if I want a hot one then to come pick it up myself. Consider I only live 3 mins away from the shop not to much to ask for it to be reasonably warm

Great place to be in. Once in the greet you and ask how are you? After that they help you navigate their display counter and menu options.My personal observation, they finish a stick of doner in a single day. That is the kind of traffic that these guys see.Also, most of the people who are in are cab drivers, localities and people like me. Trust your cabbie for good food.
