Domino's Pizza in Hounslow

Ordered to be delivered. Delivery was prompt.However, the Pizza was stale. Warm but stale. Not fresh at all. Maybe my fault for ordering a Boring Margarita.Chicken was fresh and hot. But a really stale, dry terrible pizza.Should it even stand like this when just delivered?!

We have noticed that the quality of your Pizzas have been poor over the last 4 times we've ordered. There is little or no peppers, lots of beef and the outside edge of where the crust is takes up all the room, there isn't actually much topping space. Furthermore, it tastes semi raw, where it’s rushed in oven or something, you can taste lots of tomato purée. Not sure whether or not it's a Domino's directive to cut back on toppings and quality to increase profit margins but we feel like we are getting conned. No value for money. I actually prefer no offers just good quality like a year ago. This at moment is an absolute joke! I’m gonna start ordering from Pizza Hut.

Worst service by VeenaThe manager literally swore at me for asking how long the pizza would be as it was over 2 hours. Extremely poor service!

Great deals. Pizza is always delicious, hot and on time. One of my favourite branches.

Worst dominoes everThere were MULTIPLE pieces of ham on my VEGAN pizza - along with a non vegan dip in the boxThey got the other pizza order wrong.And just left it in the lobby of the very busy hotel with no warning or call or anything.

The pizza was cold and also I had requested oregano sachets to be delivered which were not given. Asked the driver and he said it should be inside but it wasn’t there and he said sorry n he left saying that he will inform his manager. Didn’t expect this from domino’s. At least provide a proper food service like you promise. Very disappointed.

I just order 2 pizzas from store and one come large as it should be and other come small with is joke coz i pay nearly 25£ after call shop they want send me other one but its take 35-45 min big complain

Cold food delivery 55 mins app showing 6 mins still took 21 mins from app delivery time rubbish app cold food minimal topping in the centreedges dry waste of money feedback left!As usual complaint response zero !!!
