Today you lost a loyal customer,I felt so insulted I threw my food away when I got home

Just had a mixed doner kebab and was impressed with quality of meat, very tender and juicy. Lovely Turkish restaurant in Feltham, don’t miss this place.

Appalling. 1st time ever using these. A plain chicken shish was ordered with salad via just eat and my partner has food poisoning. Hes had it all day and Absolutely ill with constant sickness, fever, muscle and joint aches, I have reported this to the FSA advised by Just Eat. Be careful.

Always go to this place friendly staff and great food

Rude and disrespectful. Save yourself the hassle. We ordered the large mixed grill off their website. They messed up the delivery (set time) and came half an hour early while we were still out, and still we agreed to drop by and pay for our cold food. That's when we found out they had overcharged us. When ordering the mixed grill, the sauces appear to be £0.00 and so we got them considering we are getting a large grill, but when the delivery came, they forcefully charged us extra for the sauces, rudely denied taking responsibility for any mistakes, and didn't bother apologizing at all. Instead, they taunted us that we could leave a bad review if we wanted. I would not recommend supporting this restaurant when they clearly don't have any value for their customers.

As always good portion sizes and delicious food

Avoid. I deliver for uber and these guys are just simply rude and utterly incompetent. They struggle with the most basic things like putting the correct labels on the correct order or just simply putting the correct food/drink in a bag. When confronted they are rude, combative and will not take any responsibility in fact they were more interested in watching the football than resolving the issues they created. In the end after having the food chucked at me by some old man who didn't look like he new where or what he was doing I had to take 1 hour dirty old food back to a customer as they wouldn't correct the order. Luckily customer was understanding as this was clearly the restaurants fault, if you can even call it that! AVOID

Just had a large mixed grill and salad with pitta from here, and the mushrooms. Everything was really bloody nice. Meat cooked lovely. The chicken was banging!The chilli sauce has substance and a good bit of kick.Bloody delicious!! 👍Delivery was quick.Can't ever fault this place.

We have ordered from here a few times. There is always a mistake with the order and when you phone they try to falsely claim it’s your fault. Some times the sauce is missing, or the food is cold etc. This was the last time we ordered from here.

WARNING! Do not eat anything from Feltham charcoal grill. Yesterday I bought a lamb donner, when I came home to eat it, I saw the the meat was a purplish colour, at first I thought it could be the red cabbage. However, after checking the meat properly I was sure that this meat has gone off as the taste was absolutely disgusting. I have been a customer for nearly 5/6 years but After seeing this I have been fully put off eating any meats from there. Please check the meat when buying as this sort of stuff can leave to life threatening diseases.
