Firezza Ltd in Hounslow

This place has gotten consistently worse to the point now it's genuinely sad how bad it's become. 2 pizzas ordered 2 pizzas arrived with missing toppings and light on the toppings that were present. It was tough and bland. Such a shame.....If this place is a franchise it's bringing down the brand. My 20 year relationship with Firezza is over. Seriously, don't order from this restaurant.

Ordered the pizza at 19:49. Was meant to arrive at 20:19. We were unable to get through on the phone to speak to anyone to find out where it was. It arrived at 21:35. When it arrived the pizza was lukewarm, dry, very light on toppings and the prosciutto ham was completely missing.

Absolutely disgusting service and food. Ordered online and it came burnt, even the receipt is burnt just to show how ridiculous it is. Don’t order from here!

Ordered two pizzas, had to wait over an hour, delivery driver delivered one which was stone cold. Had to call restaurant to discuss as hadnt received goods paid for, they said contact deliveroo. I did and got a full refund and wont be ordering again.

Firezza has been my go to place for pizza delivery for a good few years now and their quality and great tasting pizzas have remained constant throughout. Plus they are always adding new items to the menu which offers so much more variation. My family’s favourite is Porcini Di Bosco which is absolutely divine. Highly recommended!

My last order has been a nightmare. Pizza has arrived after a hour ( my location is very close to the restaurant) and completely burnt. Also, the driver told me that he got the items 10 minutes before he arrived so it means that the guy on the phone lied to me about the delivery time ( on the track page expected at 21.12 but arrived at 10 pm). If you are not able to process the orders better you change system. Not anymore.

I’d leave 0 stars if possible. Ordered two pizzas and they turned up really late and when they did, one of them (shown in image) was burnt to a cinder and inedible. Tried calling them over 20 times and gave up as they don’t even answer their phone! Avoid them at all costs and try one of the better ones in the area. I won’t be using them ever again.

I used to live in South Wimbledon, I ordered pizzas from their Firezza branch many times. We were quite happy with the pizzas, a bit thick dough but crunchy and with lots of ingredients.Yesterday we ordered two pizzas from this branch as we have moved recently to Chiswick..I can easily say those were the worst pizzas delivered pizzas in London.Dried pizzas like made a day in advance, little quantity and tiny ingredients, horrible pizza dough... Honestly never again. Can't believe there is so much different between branches or someone can leave 5 starts review... a bit fishy!I'm changing my review from 1 to 3 starts. I had many point in my online account so I decided to use and ordered another pizza... give a second chance as it was for free.I believe the other time the pizza was waiting to be delivered for long time, as it was as dried as a brick! This time I collected the pizza myself and it was much better, similar than it used to be in Wimbledon branch.. no complaints this time.I still giving them three stars because the delivered one was horrible.I will need to collect it myself next time to be sure it tastes as it should.

I honestly don’t understand the bad reviews. I’ve been ordering from this place for years and never bothered leaving a feedback, but they deserve good reviews. The pizzas are tasty, one of my favourites, and made with good quality ingredients. Never had a problem with delivery, ever, they’ve always been friendly, always on time and the food warm. I love ordering from their website, you don’t pay for delivery and they have a loyalty program, so i get free pizzas sometimes. I just got one today! Love this place and I will keep ordering... if you have any doubts, i hope my review helps!

Get pizza from here quite often and normally it's pretty good but this time got a fly in it. Hope it this the last time!
