Frankie & Benny's New York Italian Restaurant & Bar - Feltham in Hounslow

Food is always extremely tasty and plentiful. Staff are friendly, helpful and willing to go that extra mile to make your time memorable. Restaurant and toilets are clean and airy. Huge car park to accommodate any vehicle. Highly recommend the Italian American styled restaurant!! Especially the liquor coffees!!

We went couple of weeks ago at Frankie & Benny’s for lunch . Fancied something fun and different. The decor , food and music creates a great experience. The staff were very chatty and friendly.Food was lovely and the portions just right, the presentation was also good. Would definitely go again.

Attended on a midweek lunchtime when the restaurant was sparsely populated. Service was polite and efficient, with drinks refills arriving swiftly. Food was done to a good standard, with our whole group leaving fully satisfied.All in all a pleasant experience. Congratulations to the staff.

Excellent menu with lots of vegan options, lovely food and friendly staff. I'd definitely recommend this restaurant, it's great for families too and we will be going back for sure.

Fabulous staff, polite, regularly checked if we needed anything, clean bathroom, clean tables and floors. Large portions, and reasonable prices, best thing for me was the blueberry cocktail, absolutely delicious.

Food was average , standard like you would expect on menu not too wow , really nothing special would compare to tgi Fridays . Atleast they have nice dessert . Decently priced , very good service . Wouldnt take somebody there to impress more of a casual lunch or dinner with friends or family .

Food was ok, could've been better. There is a lot of vegan/vegetarian variety now but the food seemed slight bland. I think they can do a lot better with the menu and maybe bring some different creative ideas into it

Appearance is just ok, I hd ordered cookie dough which is very sticky n chewey. Lemon moose was too hard... presentation was lovely but taste was very bad
