Golden Empire in Hounslow

Ordered BBQ spare ribs and large fried rice but not very happy as spare ribs are very dry, hard and not tasteful.

Literally just thrown up everywhere after one taste of juice, this place needs to be shut down, the juice was jellfied and the entire curry smelt off on closer inspection the chicken was off before they cooked it, please don't waste your money as this is not edible and they won't refund, I've called 8 times and the lady kept putting the phone down on me then so did the man, I didn't realise they only had 2 stars, I fill so I'll 🤮🤮🤮 ill up load the pictures if they let me*not sure why I can't upload the pictures but I've sent them on and reported the restaurant as I don't want anybody else getting ill from this extremely poor establishment.

My last order was absolutely disgusting! Such a let down. You used to be fantastic, what has happened? You wouldn't even answer the phone when I called, which is always a bad sign. Stay away people.

MOULDY FOOD!!! Avoid, avoid avoid! I ordered duck pancakes and when I received my order the duck was DEFINITELY NOT FRESH and as soon as I opened the pancaked they were all MOULDY!!! I called the restaurant to let them know and after debating with them that the pancakes were in fact mouldy the only solution they offered was a replacement which took an additional 45 minutes to arrive! WOULD STRONGLY ADVISE AVOIDING!

That was the worst ribs we have ever ate.I usually don’t write reviews but here I couldn’t not to. I have ordered 2x salt and spicy ribs as we use to order it from the other restaurant, which is unfortunately closed on Tuesdays and this one here was like half less then the other one and the price so expensive plus not much meat, most bones ;/ will never order it from here again. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

Ordered via Just Eat on 26th March 2021. Delivery half an hour late. Ordered pork belly. No meat, just rind and it was all swimming in grease. Totally inedible. Had to throw away. Don't order from here.

Lush dinner amazing food and service

Delicious foodI have been to Golden Empire a few times with my family. We are always impressed by the lovely food & friendly efficient staff.Lily she is outstanding her customers service skills, menu recommendations her friendly persona is so warming.Their menu has a great choice of tasty dishes which we never tire of trying as they are always delicious & served promptly.Thank you Lily for allowing us to celebrate my mums 88 Birthday today.Reg

Had the seafood ramen which was ok . Simple seafood broth with basic seafood flavours.
