Great pub. Went there for food tonight. I must say it was excellent. Fish and chips were one of the best I had.Staff very friendly and polite. When placing the food order they asked if any allergies. This is incredibly reassuring for a family with food allergies. It gives confidence that the staff are trained and aware of the issues.Highly recommend this wonderful pub

We had a family gathering today, the employees were very good! So attentive and helpful. However, the food was very disappointing. The starters and small desserts were very nice. The mains let it all down. I ordered a Thai Green Curry and not one bit of it tastes like a Thai Curry, it just tasted like spinach with some veg. I honestly didn’t feel good after two bites. It looked and tasted horrendous. The salmon that my cousin had, she said it was ok but not amazing. I think Hare and Hound’s menu, needs to be reviewed. I can’t believe I paid £17 for a curry that I didn’t eat or didn’t taste anything like the dish.

Just had a lovely father's day meal at The Hare and Hounds. Lovely, comfortable family pub with delicious food. We had 2 x vegan roast and 2 x fish and chips. Absolutely splendid and attentative service provided by Sam, Matt and Nick. Thank you boys for making father's day extra special.

Love their menu. Their staff are very knowledgeable about the menu, wine and recommendations they make based on our personal taste.A simply fantastic leisurely lunch with friends.Been going here for over 25 years especially when I lived in London and now every time I visit home from Canada, it's a must on the agenda.

We had a lovely lunch here.Staff were friendly and efficient..The place was clean and buzzing with people of all ages etc.The food was lovely, v nice.I had a chicken burger with jam with triple fried chips-delicious.The "jam" was savoury with a hint of sweetness, defo brought out the flavours!Chips-Crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside ( usually not a fan of chips).My hubby had fish and chips, and again Perfectly crispy batter and chips as above.Only reason for the star reduction is the price for a pub lunch, but it was delicious.Definitely will return and recommend!

We have recently moved to Osterley and this pub has become one of our favorite local spots! Lovely facilities, including a massive outdoor space, and delicious snacks and drinks. The great service makes such a difference, all of the staff are friendly and professional, making sure we always have a nice time 😊

My husband and I visited weekend late lunch time. They are pretty busy with car parking. And it’s Free. We ordered chicken wing with buffalo sauce, and burger 🍔 tasty and seems like they used fresh veg and meat. Great! But I think little bit expensive. It is worth to pay and enjoy 😉And staff are friendly and they have customer toilet :)) and outside seating table. It would be nice to eat outside and great view!

Great place to drink. I presume the food is lovely but they were so busy that food service had ceased.Can't blame them as it was very busy Bank Holiday Monday. Awesome dining area both in and out. Close to Osterley Park. Very funny dog outpost.

We had the most superb food this afternoon at this lovely old pub. Sitting in the warm sun with our drinks and being served great meals by young people with lovely manners was a great end to a fraught day. My partner’s roast courgette risotto was first class, but my roast cod with Charlotte potatoes, spinach and bright green sauce was one of the best-cooked and nicest-tasting meals I’ve had in a very long time. It was utterly superb.Try it - always good food but today they surpassed themselves!

Beautiful ambiance. The place is scenic and cosy. Plenty of room and tables to choose from. Outdoor spaces are nicely done with blankets available if it gets chilly. Staff is very helpful. Food is delicious - I'd particularly recommend trying the hummus. Social distancing is maintained well with staff enforcing it when someone goes against the rules. All in all, a wonderful place to spend the evening with friends.
