Honeycombe in Hounslow

We have been 3 times now in the past 3 weeks. The first time there were items unavailable when we did order food the lasagna had a piece of plastic film like on a ready meal in the food.The second time I was made aware of items unavailable when we ordered I was then told that the food I asked for was not available.The third time was breakfast and they wasn't servings breakfast due to a 'kitchen issue' and only serving a limited menu from 12.30.

One of the worst eating out experiences of recent times!Ordered the mixed grill, came out wrong, No eggs, as ordered.Ice cream not with the desert. Forgot my drink.A catalogue of mistakes and slow service.More detailed review in Trust Pilot.Staff pleasenr enough, but dreadful service.Go elsewhere, the food is not enough to warrant a visit.Can't leave 0 stars unfortunately.

The owner is so friendly! Came in for breakfast after a night out and she was so kind and patient while we jumbled through our order. Food is good and the atmosphere is relaxed.

Visited today thought I would give it one last chance after my last meal was terrible and surprise it was just as bad if not worse ordered two burger sizzler combos a mix it up and two children meals had to send two meals back right away the steak was over cooked and the kids meal had peas on it once given our meals back the steak was cooked rare waiting 40 minutes for a meal was only the tip of the iceberg we then waited 20 minutes for a pint to then have to remind the bar staff we was waiting. We ordered deserts what we asked to be refunded after waiting a further 30 minutes. I don't know what has happened to what was a great restaurant that I have visited atleast monthly for 20+ years such a shame.

Nice pub. Tried the mega breakfast. All cooked & hot. Very filling. £10. Good value.

I've been in this pub few times, but on Saturday it was exceptional because of Rachel. She was so professional, caring and helpful. She was the only one coming to our table to ask how were our drinks and welcomed us. I will definitely be back! Thank you for such great service Rachel!

Some of your staff are friendly and the food service was quick - which are the very FEW upsides to this eatery. The meals however, are bog standard; we ordered three meals, they summed up to an astronomical amount considering the size and the quality of the food. All of our meals tasted *microwaved* and not fresh at all. The only redeeming quality of the food was the dessert, which I’m assuming was bought from a “local shop” and also microwaved.

The bar staff ladies where delightful. Food was hot and nice.I would recommend this place very friendly, bug space and great menu.

It is a very clean and spacious place. Great to find vegetarian options and friendly staff. We were there for early breakfast and had a wonderful time. We will definitely be going back with more friends and family.

Came for an early dinner with my family and we were greeted and served by the lovely Jacob who was very helpful and patient in taking our orders, and when we wanted to swap out an item he was very accommodating! The food was brought out by a polite young lady! I would certainly be coming back nothing beats great service A****. Also there open from 8am to 2300hrs so you can even come for breakfast 🍳 and the parking is free! Thank you 😊 Jacob for a great service
