Hotel Restaurant Heston Hyde in Hounslow

Got a free upgrade to the Spartan Suite so me and the hubby were very pleased about that especially after our 10 hour flight from Vegas the comfy king size bed was exactly what we needed! Thank you! 😉

My wedding reception for 450 guests was held at Heston Hyde Hotel - absolutely brilliant venue as the Chamberlain Suite is very spacious and there is ample parking for guests. We also enjoyed our stay in the Feltham Suite due to the size and design of the room. I would highly recommend this venue for a wedding based on my personal experience - the booking process and contract was clear and the level of communication between myself and my point of contact (Amandeep) was excellent.

We came here for an Indian Wedding and the venue is really nice. Ample car parking aswell.

Poor, because I reserved a nights stay on a 3rd party booking site. I got to the hotel and they explained they were fully booked and did not have my reservation and I was not able to stay. The lady confirmed I would not be charged for my stay. I had to find another hotel at short notice - ONLY THEN TO BE CHARGED THE NEXT DAY FOR A NO SHOW!! I have tried to speak to both the hotel and 3rd party company to resolve and both have been lying to each other and I have not yet recieved a refund. I have stayed at this hotel many times and have never had an issue.

Went for wedding party . Great open banquet hall for all to dance and enjoy the wedding. Also plenty of decent parking available. Thank you .

This hotel has a contract with the Home Office as a migrant hotel. All facilities are closed, pool, spa, bars etc. This is in the fine print and they are still advertising in both photos and text that they offer a pool, spa etc. They also tried to stop me from taking these photos, they called across to security!?

Me and my Fiancé have been planning our wedding reception since March, this is the first wedding reception organised by us and our families therefore, this was all very new to us. The first venue we wanted to see was Heston Hyde Hotel as we thought this was a nice venue to host a reception. We arranged with our caterers to do a site visit to see the venue, however, the caterer informed us we can do a site visit without them, and we can meet with Amandeep Kaur (Sales Director at Heston Hyde Hotel) who can show us the venue.On arrival, we met with Amandeep Kaur – Firstly, she was over 20 minutes late and we were waiting in the hotel lobby, extremely unprofessional to start. We were then taken through to the venue and we carried out our site visit. The next day, Amandeep called my Fiancé and said; ‘Do not come to the venue without your caterer again and do not call me again because I cannot help you, you should only speak to your caterer’ – This was said in a very aggressive and abrupt tone. We were very confused, because as I said, this was our first time arranging a reception, so we were not sure how it works. I then rang Amandeep myself and asked; ‘If we cannot speak to you about the venue or if we have questions on the venue, then who do we speak to?’, she replied in the most disgusting, rude way; ‘Do not call me again, I am not involved and I cannot help you!’, I then asked; ‘So what exactly can you help with?’, she replied; ‘Don’t you dare ask me that, how dare you ask me, I am a Sales Director’ and she cut the phone on me.In my mind, if she is a sales director then she should be helping to sell this venue and providing support to the clients. This was the most disgusting, unprofessional service I have ever seen or heard. I do not recommend this venue to anybody, I do not recommend speaking with Amandeep Kaur as she talks down to you, she has no respect, she has no professionalism, she is abusive, rude and simply put a very horrible person to deal with especially when you are trying to arrange the happiest day of your life.We have now booked our wedding reception elsewhere at a different venue and with a different caterer. It seems Amandeep Kaur and the caterer do not communicate, correlate and work together cohesively at all. They then turned it around onto us as the clients and we were abused because of their negligence.I DO NOT RECOMMEND HESTON HYDE HOTEL AS VENUE FOR A WEDDING RECEPTION.I DO NOT RECOMMEND SPEAKING WITH AMANDEEP KAUR.STAY FAR AWAY AS POSSIBLE.

Nice clean rooms and friendly staff at the front desk.disappointing that the bar wasn’t open for a drinks as the hotel is quite a way out on the edge of town and not really anywhere else to go in the area.hence 3 stars sorry.but was a clean safe place to get some sleep after busy days spent in London.thanks

I stayed here June 2021 but felt I needed to come back and leave a review as I've stumbled across lots of bad reviews.Just wanted to say I had no complaints with my stay, the rooms are very spacious and clean, had no issues with hotel staff, the car park is huge and there's lots of space - it's great that this is included.I did notice there were lots of people hanging around and always on the phone around the reception area but didn't think anything of it, if anything it was nice that there were lots of people around when getting back to the hotel late.I had no idea that it was a place where asylum seekers were being held until reading these reviews and it makes sense now, but honestly knowing that makes no difference to me, just that perhaps I would need to be more conscious about COVID if visiting at the moment.I feel like a lot of the complaints are coming from the fact that people are simply uncomfortable with there being refugees at the hotel. Not surprised as this country is just full of subconscious racism.

I’ve been here a few times for Indian afternoon tea & never been disappointed. Great service, friendly staff and lovely setting.I had my baby shower here and it they were so helpful & accommodatingDefinitely recommend!
