KFC in Hounslow

If I could give 0, i would. Worst KFC outlet i ever saw. How can they operate under KFC license ?? The headquarters senior management should pay a visit there. The sandwich seems came from the garbage. The original chicken doesn't taste or look original at all. Fries soggy. Toilet... you will literally throw up there. The smell is very bad

This KFC is so bad! I literally put the whole order in the bin without eating it. Besides the fact they put a frozen pineapple stick in with my Son's chips... They also served up what looks like 3 week old cabbage on a dried out piece of chicken that I wouldn't feed to a dog. And just look at the grease dripping off that chicken! Seriously, this place is a health hazard.KFC is really going down hill. Perhaps if they out managers in who actually cared, they wouldn't end up sending out days old food.Also, since when did they start sending out drinks that are warm, in cans???I'm done with this chain. KFC is a joke, and Hounslow Central is literally the worst branch out of them all.

Servers Not helpful but fairly friendly order taken at till what a surprise ordered fillet burger meal with coke was handed an empty cup with lid pushed inside not told you help yourself to drinks (good idea but tell people) got my drink and waited 5 minutes or more for my food fillet burger as I had ordered but fries soggy and nearly cold just had a few left the rest all in all not too bad but standards could be much higher and could also be much worst maybe I will try again during the week not a weekend

I love going for chips, chicken and drink every now and then KFC staff delivered great customer service to me while I was there. One of the staff does clean the tables I've be happy to visit once or twice. Dessert menu is great they had sundae which is an ice cream I tried it I loved it.

Great customer service and amazing food hygiene. Service was quick and friendly. Love how most employees at this branch are run mostly by women. It great to see and will continue to support.

Worst KFC of UK. Giving priorities only to delivery partners and it took 15 mins to take the order only. Then handed over (a Bucket of) 20 spicy wings in just a worst quality paper bag and didn't bother to put that in a bucket as advertised.

Dissapointing experience. Staff were loudly arguing with other customers. It was hot and stuffy in the restaurant. The food was extremely disappointing as the Chicken wasn't even cut properly, the sauce was dumped on almost everything and the rice was so overcooked you could have used it for glue if needed. Even the batter on the chicken wasn't crispy, which was the one thing I hoped they could get right.

The bags were empty ..barely any chips inside. If your restaurant wants to save find other ways instead of stealing money from your customers.

Seemingly, sitting at the bar stools next to the entrance /exit, with the order number stood on that bar table, somehow renders customers invisible. We waited for 15 minutes before going to the serving counter, to discover that the staff thought we had left. I wonder if running off AFTER paying, instead of before, is a thing around here. Consequently the chips were Luke warm and the chicken barely warm, which definitely adversely affects the enjoyment of a KFC. An apology may have made us feel that the staff actually cared about their customers. By the way, no staff came anywhere near us while we were waiting for our order, we know this, because we were watching for our food!
