Kfc in Hounslow

BEWARE!they do not care about their customers, they will sell wings that are completely black on the inside and often sell wings with blood. Heres a pic that i took today. Dont buy kfc from here, but from hounslow. that is a little bit better. But by all costs avoid this location.

Staff are far too slow operating. They do not properly check orders. They had also missed out giving me my gravy pot when I specifically had chosen 1 large coleslaw and 1 large gravy. They prioritise uber drivers and small tiny orders. I had waited 56 minutes until I notified them on my order. Nobody actually bothered to try and complete my order until I spoke up.

If I could give 0, i would. Worst KFC outlet i ever saw. How can they operate under KFC license ?? The headquarters senior management should pay a visit there. The sandwich seems came from the garbage. The original chicken doesn't taste or look original at all. Fries soggy. Toilet... you will literally throw up there. The smell is very bad

Servers Not helpful but fairly friendly order taken at till what a surprise ordered fillet burger meal with coke was handed an empty cup with lid pushed inside not told you help yourself to drinks (good idea but tell people) got my drink and waited 5 minutes or more for my food fillet burger as I had ordered but fries soggy and nearly cold just had a few left the rest all in all not too bad but standards could be much higher and could also be much worst maybe I will try again during the week not a weekend

This location was great. Maybe because it is a newer venue, but all staff seemed very friendly. My order was taken and was ready in a matter of minutes. There was enough seating and the place was very clean and tidy, despite some staff having to clear up after people who leave their trays on the table, i hate that, takes 2 seconds to put your rubbish in the bin

Very bad the restaurant was in a massy Oder and toilet was in a pathetic condition looks like the kitchen staff was having a chill in ther having drinks colddrinks. I mentioned to the staff members regarding the washroom condition I was surprised with her reply and the way she responded “she started laughing and said to me please tell the cleaner “ I told it not a joke this is a serious issue with food handling and food and hygiene and like to address it with your management as the urin toilet smell was coming out through the restaurant .food was too oily and not how I expected in KFC any lock all joints serve much fresh and good food with proper food standards hygienic way this is a serious issue the EHo Should come in to check .will never ever go agin other recommended any one .SO Disgusting.

Great customer service and amazing food hygiene. Service was quick and friendly. Love how most employees at this branch are run mostly by women. It great to see and will continue to support.

I love going for chips, chicken and drink every now and then KFC staff delivered great customer service to me while I was there. One of the staff does clean the tables I've be happy to visit once or twice. Dessert menu is great they had sundae which is an ice cream I tried it I loved it.

Dissapointing experience. Staff were loudly arguing with other customers. It was hot and stuffy in the restaurant. The food was extremely disappointing as the Chicken wasn't even cut properly, the sauce was dumped on almost everything and the rice was so overcooked you could have used it for glue if needed. Even the batter on the chicken wasn't crispy, which was the one thing I hoped they could get right.
