La Trompette in Hounslow

La Trompette offers a sophisticated and friendly dining service, but above all exquisite French food of the highest calibre. Our particular favourite was the beef rib, for which the supplement was entirely fair. The selection of cheeses was first rate. Although one does not go to La Trompette for casual dining, the atmosphere was nevertheless very relaxed. It was also great to be able to take in our own wine - the Saint Emillion we chose went very well with the beef! However, the restaurant has its own extensive wine list. I recommend La Trompette very highly!!

As returning diners, we find that the food and service are always reliably outstanding. At our last visit, we had crab filled tortelloni and teal for starters followed by shared cote de boeuf all which were delicious The rhubarb soufflé was absolutely divine. The wine list was extensive and well chosen. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Look forward to returning for our next meal!

A very nice restaurant in Chiswick serving good quality French food.

Dinner was excellent, beautifully cooked and full of flavour and textures. Service was very friendly and diligent. We were unlucky as there was a big private party at the same time and hence our order got slightly delayed. Other than that it's totally worth a visit :)

Excellent food. I ordered braised lamb as starter and deer meat as main. Both were excellent. Desserts were good but not outstanding. I ordered the bitter chocolate delice. Too sweet. Price was reasonable. £50 for 3 courses at lunchtime in the weekend. Staff were ok (not outstanding). I’ll be back again!

Came here to celebrate a new job and it was such an incredible experience from start to finish! We had the taster menu and it was stunning. The restaurant was full and yet the staff were very attentive, kind and helpful! Will be coming back again for sure.
