Mama's Nepalese Kitchen in Hounslow

My third visit here. They took around 40 minutes fir steam momos . Taste is fine but service needs to be improved. Gave 4 stars because I loved the taste. Hope to get good service next time.

Great taste & service. Clean surroundings. Best prices as well. Love the way their staff behaves . Everything is just perfect here.

Excellent value for money superb quality of food exceptional and friendly service. Felt welcome as soon as we walked in, very well looked after by our waiter, who gave great advice when asked and was great at keeping us informed of the progress of our order. Definitely one of the best places I've ever been to and the amazing flavours of the food were an absolute delight.

We were looking to try some other Nepalese restaurant in the Hounslow area apart from the Kathmandu zone and Momo & Roti, just for a change and Mama's restaurant was not so far from Hounslow Central. After checking their online reviews we decided to give it a try and as expected it delivered to its best ... the food, service, various options in the menu, authentic Nepalese cuisines, the friendly staff, and cozy ambiance ... everything was perfect to make a perfect rainy night ... we have found our one more favorite Nepalese restaurant here.Highly recommended!

We had a party on Monday as they closed for Monday but they opened for us . We really appreciatetheir effort. Food was so delicious. They were so friendly and helpful.Service was great. We everyonewho attend party were so happy with their service as well as food. Thanks to chef for delicious food and thanks to other staff for their efforts to make our party successful. I will definitely recommend this restaurant and will come back for sure. Thanks to entire team for their effort .

Placed an order through Uber Eats, order was cancelled by the restaurant. When we rang them to ask why they had cancelled our order, they said we had already ordered and they weren't going to fill a second 'identical' order. When we asked them to list what we'd ordered, they listed none of the dishes we'd ordered, but a load of meat dishes, which, as vegetarians, we definitely didn't order. They then hung up and refused to answer the phone again. Rude and terrible service - definitely avoid!

Quiet place. Paneer Tikka was hot and tasty. Onion fillers were fresh and we'll roasted. Nepali beer was smooth. Waiter is polite. Spicy Kathmandu dal was great but quantity was almost half than normal.

Not recommended to any one who wants to eat good Nepali food..

Recently, visited this lovely restaurant for a meal with my girlfriend for a special occasion and we were not disappointed at all. Greeted warmly by one of the staff member who guided us through their menu and wine. Aced it with the customer service, and the quality of food surprisingly great value too which was a bonus of course, friendly and authentic environment. Definitely, coming back here for another cheeky meal.Highly recommend this place for great Nepalese/Indian food!
